A very artistically decorated hotel that leaves a lasting impression. The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel truly makes it memorable.

The soundproofing is terrible; you can practically hear everything spoken and even people getting ready in their bathrooms. The service was good, though; they helped us call a taxi. Breakfast was just so-so.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super convenient and close for walking there (about 10-15 minutes on foot to get into the Old Town). I think the location is really good. The room wasn't huge, probably around 10 square meters, but it was cleaned very well. There was a kettle, and the air conditioning worked fine. An established hotel with reliable service. The breakfast is extensive and includes freshly squeezed juices. As expected for European hotels, the rooms aren't huge. Although it's not in the city center, you can book a shuttle service in advance for a free ride downtown. Florence isn't a big city, so we'd take the free shuttle to the city center in the morning and then just stroll back to the hotel...

Disappointed. Breakfast was subpar. Too much noise from the hall. Asked for a bottle of water, and they told me I had to go to the bar to get it. Expected better service for the price paid.

A very comfortable hotel. The front desk even upgraded my room for free. Although the bathroom layout was a bit cramped, it's understandable. Everything else was great. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel is also within walking distance to all the attractions. We stayed in August 2023 for a week. It’s important to know that most people drive and when you arrive they ask you to empty your car by reception, the staff label it, and then golf carts come to collect everything with your name and bring to your room. Great location, clean room, and the staff were warm and professional. My only minor complaint is that the shower drain wasn't very good; after each shower, water would flood half the bathroom.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I asked to switch. The second room still had a scent, but it was somewhat tolerable. After checking in, I noticed the bathroom also smelled really bad, particularly around the toilet, like a sewer. Both the showerhead and sink faucet had a cheap, plastic-like odor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, the shower had very low water pressure, and the water temperature was inconsistent. The room’s ventilation was also quite poor, and during winter only heating was available, with no cooling or proper air circulation. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices, but I wish the basic amenities and facilities had been better maintained...

The room is gorgeous. Clean and full of amenities. The service is good too. Complementary laundry is essential for me as I do not need to carry lots of clothing. The environment is vibrant and full of youngsters.

This hotel is a renovated old building, and the ceilings must be at least four meters high, giving it a 'new wine in an old bottle' kind of feel, which is absolutely fantastic. The location is also great; you can walk to the Duomo, and it's less than a kilometer from the train station. The rooftop bar has reasonable prices, and on the day I arrived, I actually won a free drink – what a lucky draw!...

Really enjoyed the stay, the hotel has so many facilities from laundry, gym, pingpong table, and co-working space. Highly recommend the social hub when you visit Europe!

Lovely hotel and enjoyed the pool area, though it closes at 7.00 pm, which is early. Especially as it’s still very hot and lots of daylight left. It’s a bit of a distance from the centre of town with most activities being in the town, makes it a bit difficult to get to. Staff are lovely and we had breakfast included which was nice.

The Staffs are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean but bare. No complimentary bottled water nor coffee machines or hot water kettle.  Location is good, especially they have large secure parking area.  Breakfast is average and it has only one coffee machine for over 100 guests at one time ( several  tour buses ).

The hotel is very clean, and there's complimentary water in the room. The soundproofing isn't too bad either. We'll definitely come back, but if you're driving, try to arrive early, otherwise you might not find a parking spot. The paid parking garage is a bit of a downside.

Good location, modern and clean , just First suburb of Firenze, big parking good And various breakfast. In 3 minute you could arrive to a cheaper parking served by the subway T2 that in 15 minute will take you to the city center, very convenient if you have a car.

We had good hospitalities at this hotel during our stay. Since all receptionists are so kind, we are very comfortable whenever we ask our favors. We will stay this hotel next time when we visit Firenze again in the future.

Location-wise, for those travelling with an aeroplane, I would say this hotel is quite a good choice. When you have a car, it probably doesn't make that much of a difference. I like everything here, from the design to the vibe. The breakfast is actually very good. The location is a bit off from the heart of Florence, but it's walkable, safe, and a bit more serene. However, in the shower room, water is leaking from underneath the shower box, which I think they can fix. Overall, I recommend the place.

Stayed for 1 night in family room. Huge living room with 2 single beds. Bedroom also very large. Great quality sleep. Standart breakfast. Location is not suitable for casual walk to Lucca. Better take a car or bus. Over all, I would recommend.

We were there this year and loved it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very kind man who patiently explained everything to us. Tuscany is a beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Terme di Saturnia is a very special place due to the thermal water that comes from the Roman times. Very healthy for the skin, bones and Breithing issues. The temperature of the water is 36.5 Celsius. A real pleasure for the mind and the body. Specially for your joints and osteo arthritis issues.

The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, the shower was broken, and so was the toilet. The experience was pretty mediocre, and the bed was very narrow.

Overall, it was convenient and suitable, though a bit noisy since it's right by the road.

Good location for Pisa International Airport, no atmosphere, no coffee or tea in rooms just a vending machine in reception. The restaurant is small and does not open until 19.30 although the food was very good. No other eateries in,walking distance.
