A very artistically decorated hotel that leaves a lasting impression. The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel truly makes it memorable.

The soundproofing is terrible; you can practically hear everything spoken and even people getting ready in their bathrooms. The service was good, though; they helped us call a taxi. Breakfast was just so-so.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super convenient and close for walking there (about 10-15 minutes on foot to get into the Old Town). An established hotel with reliable service. The breakfast is extensive and includes freshly squeezed juices. As expected for European hotels, the rooms aren't huge. Although it's not in the city center, you can book a shuttle service in advance for a free ride downtown. Florence isn't a big city, so we'd take the free shuttle to the city center in the morning and then just stroll back to the hotel...

Disappointed. Breakfast was subpar. Too much noise from the hall. Asked for a bottle of water, and they told me I had to go to the bar to get it. Expected better service for the price paid.

A very comfortable hotel. The front desk even upgraded my room for free. Although the bathroom layout was a bit cramped, it's understandable. Everything else was great. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel is also within walking distance to all the attractions. It’s important to know that most people drive and when you arrive they ask you to empty your car by reception, the staff label it, and then golf carts come to collect everything with your name and bring to your room. It was a bit dirty and there was no government, they sold all the drinks, it was a bit uncomfortable.

Great location, clean room, and the staff were warm and professional. My only minor complaint is that the shower drain wasn't very good; after each shower, water would flood half the bathroom.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I asked to switch. The second room still had a scent, but it was somewhat tolerable. After checking in, I noticed the bathroom also smelled really bad, particularly around the toilet, like a sewer. Both the showerhead and sink faucet had a cheap, plastic-like odor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, the shower had very low water pressure, and the water temperature was inconsistent. The room’s ventilation was also quite poor, and during winter only heating was available, with no cooling or proper air circulation. Lovely hotel and enjoyed the pool area, though it closes at 7.00 pm, which is early. Especially as it’s still very hot and lots of daylight left. It’s a bit of a distance from the centre of town with most activities being in the town, makes it a bit difficult to get to. Staff are lovely and we had breakfast included which was nice.

The Staffs are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean but bare. No complimentary bottled water nor coffee machines or hot water kettle.  Location is good, especially they have large secure parking area.  Breakfast is average and it has only one coffee machine for over 100 guests at one time ( several  tour buses ).

The room is gorgeous. Clean and full of amenities. The service is good too. Complementary laundry is essential for me as I do not need to carry lots of clothing. The environment is vibrant and full of youngsters.

This hotel is a renovated old building, and the ceilings must be at least four meters high, giving it a 'new wine in an old bottle' kind of feel, which is absolutely fantastic. The location is also great; you can walk to the Duomo, and it's less than a kilometer from the train station. The rooftop bar has reasonable prices, and on the day I arrived, I actually won a free drink – what a lucky draw!...

Really enjoyed the stay, the hotel has so many facilities from laundry, gym, pingpong table, and co-working space. Highly recommend the social hub when you visit Europe!

The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, the shower was broken, and so was the toilet. The experience was pretty mediocre, and the bed was very narrow.

Overall, it was convenient and suitable, though a bit noisy since it's right by the road.

The hotel is very clean, and there's complimentary water in the room. The soundproofing isn't too bad either. We'll definitely come back, but if you're driving, try to arrive early, otherwise you might not find a parking spot. The paid parking garage is a bit of a downside.

Good location, modern and clean , just First suburb of Firenze, big parking good And various breakfast. In 3 minute you could arrive to a cheaper parking served by the subway T2 that in 15 minute will take you to the city center, very convenient if you have a car.

Aside from the location, which is a bit further from the city center, the hotel is really great. It's outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and further from the center. The room was very large and comfortable, and the hotel was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast and the staff were attentive. I recommend it.

Easy and free parking. The room was spacious and bright with full amenities. The price was cheap, but there was a city tax of 4 euros per person per day. The breakfast has been getting worse; there used to be yogurt, but now it's gone. The scrambled eggs didn't look appetizing either. Breakfast needs improvement.

Hotel is better then some people thinking. Main loby, restaurant and 6th floor where I stay looks like after renovation one ore maybe two years ago. I had 2 or 3 mosquitos in my room, but there was repelent to plug in. Breakfast was basic but OK and coffee from bar was excellent 👌

Good location and price. Not walkable to public transit. Airport Shuttle costs 28€ and must be reserved the day before. We ended up waking up early and were stuck waiting in the lobby for 30-45 min. Front desk would not cancel/reschedule shuttle. I’d advise to just use a taxi.

The beds were too hard. And the rooms not sound proof. You could hear people coming and going all night. But the staff in the reception was very helpful.

We liked our room, yes the shower is a bit small but fine. The spa is lovely! Waters not as hot as in California but the pool jets felt great. But DO NOT EAT dinner at this hotel- our dinner really was horrible and for 70 euros just a waste of money. We were just here in November 2025, the beach was empty but beautiful, the town is basically closed up.

Loved our stay. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly especially as language was difficult for us but beach bar wasn’t so good. Waited a long time for a drink, it wasn’t clear how to order and gave up getting another as staff were busy with people having meals.
