The location of this was hotel beautiful, historical and so convenient. It was in the heart of everything, and walking distance to everything. The service was amazing and everyone was incredibly helpful. The building itself is so surreal. Definitely recommend!

This hotel has an excellent location in the center of town.

Located right in the heart of old town Florence just a few steps from all the shops restaurants and museums. Our stay at Donati was perfect. Our suite was beautiful large and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful with great recommendations - a big thank you to Leonardo and Phillipo at the front desk for their assistance.

What a wonderful Hotel this is. The reception team are very professional and helpful. We booked two superior rooms, they were excellent with top quality facilities and wonderful balcony view. Breakfast on the rooftop was first class. Hotel is right there on the beach and near the restaurants and bars. Perfect for my daily swim in the sea. Easy access from Cecina station, just a 30 min walk or short...

The staff at the front desk were exceptional with their assistance. It was above and beyond. And the rooftop breakfast was very good. The staff were eager and happy to assist. The evening cocktail hour on the rooftop was very pleasant. And once again the staff were great.

Wow, very impressed with this new property. Wonderful staff, incredible room with great amenities and spaciousness, and what a view - right across the street from the beach. The area of Cecina where it is located is very lively with many restaurants. Will definitely be back next time we are in Tuscany.

This is the most 5 star, 4 start hotel I’ve ever been to. From the minute we walked in, until the minute we left, the staff was incredible and kind. The hotel room was immaculate. So clean. Smelled so good. The rooftop pool, bar, restaurant was so nice and fairly priced for such a nice hotel. The staff was always eager to ensure we were satisfied and happy. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel

We had a lovely stay at Ponte Vecchio Hotel & Spa. Our suite was spacious and beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better ,just steps from the iconic bridge. Daily walks to the sights were an absolute pleasure. Continental breakfast was great too💗

We stayed for a week at the Golden Hotel and Apartments in a well equipped self catering apartment. Great place - spotlessly clean, excellent location and lovely pool area. We had 2 breakfasts and 2 evening meals and the food and service was excellent. Really helpful and friendly staff. Cecina is a great place - not over the top chic but great choice of restaurants and the local beach is good.

Resting a couple of days between the cityhoppings. The hotel is well maintained with a close proximity from the port of Cecina. Our room was spacious and included jacuzzi. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The kind manager recommended restaurants and gelato shops. Every place was lovely and the food was delicious. The hotel room was also clean and well-appointed. It was comfortable. It was also nice that there were two showers and two toilets.

Good location, quiet and rather convenient - 20min walk (a rather bumpy one though because of the rich streets) or two bus stops from Santa Maria Novella (Florence train station), 15m from Santa Maria Duomo and Galleria Academia, and 10m from Uffizi. There are also plenty nice restaurants, gelataria, and bars in the area, for which you only have to follow recommendations from the host and google map...

Hotel's location is ok. Almost 13 minutes walk ftom Santa Maria Novella train station . Entrance to the hotel looks pretty good. However, rooms are not that great. I have not found the rooms to be clean. In one corner of the room, the plaster on the wall had fallen off. No extra outlets available for charging phones and smart watches. The location is top! The hotel has a perfect location at the heart of Florence. It is just nearby the river. There is a common balcony at the second floor that you can watch the river. Very nice. I stayed in the junior suite, it had a large bed and also a smaller one good for a family with kid. The views were stunning, the jacuzzi tub was divine. 5 min walk to Ufizzi. Amazing breakfast. Pricey but worth it.

Excellent hotel, great location, 4th time there

Huge apartment, plenty of space, good kitchen, washing machine, clean and spotless, comfy beds. Did I mention huge space? Right in the middle of the historic city. Note it is on the second floor, so there are stairs. Could do with another sofa in the cavernous living room. Still highly recommended.

The room was excellent, and the entire place, from the hallway to the room itself, was very clean. The self-check-in instructions were clear. The living room was spacious and bright, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is great, right near the cathedral, making it convenient to get everywhere. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and having two bathrooms was extremely convenient.

Adequate basic clean room in a beautiful area.

The room and bathroom are both very large. It is located in the old town of Siena, close to many attractions. It is a few minutes' walk to Piazza del Campo. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel has a small courtyard, which is not large but very beautifully decorated.

Out of all the places we stayed in Italy, this was by far the most satisfying. It's spacious and quite clean, and the bathroom felt like a European deluxe version, which I was very pleased with.

Get the roof terrace room. The access to the hotel isn’t easily spotted and it’s not a road you can easily stop a car in. I recommend parking prior to going to hotel. The hotel is lovely,I had the roof terrace view of Arezzo which is amazing.

Lovely hotel beautifully furnished with friendly helpful staff. Great location our room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Good size rooms which were spotlessly clean with good quality bed linen and towels.

My husband and I like space and freedom so we opted for a flat rather than just a hotel room. The very polite and courteous G.M. Mr. Dario was very accommodating and provided us with a lovely well equipped sea view flat which we enjoyed for a whole week. Highly recommended, without hesitation.

European breakfast has it all and if something is missing they get it for you, I recommend the great pancakes. Amazing location in the heart of Florence on Duomo square. We had a room with the balcony and Duomo square was just in front of us. Very helpful staff was always ready to help and answer for all our questions. Every spot in maximum of 15min walk from the hotel. I wish we could stay longer.

This certainly has the wow factor!! We stayed in the Donatello room and it was amazing! The views from the main bedroom looked over Duomo Square and is simply majestic. I loved the apartment, and it's important to note that this is indeed an apartment, not a luxury hotel with room service. I point that out so that your expectations are accurate. The front desk is only open between certain hours and you get a legit set of keys that lock and unlock the main door and your apartment door. Our stay at the Palazzo Gamba Apartments al Duomo was absolutely fantastic. We stayed along with our two children (9 and 15 yrs old) and could not have asked for more. The location, directly opposite the Duomo, was perfect. The suite was clean, spacious, and beautiful. And the service was friendly and attentive. My girlfriend and I stayed here for three days in July. Excellent hospitality, all the staff are very kind. Clean room, comfortable bed, relatively large shower. We booked with smartbox, so we also included two dinners at the Le Cave restaurant. The noodles were exquisite and so was the encore of black pig. The location is good for seeing many things around there.

Stunning location with a lot of places to see within 40 km radius, definitely for people who love countryside and nature, but also like to visit historical towns of Tuscany. Pool was just perfect, we really enjoyed our time there.

Swimming pool located on a hill with a grove, at the top, equipped with sun loungers. 2 swimming pools one x children's bar with sandwiches and cold first courses you cannot bring food from outside.

At only 500 meters altitude near Pistoia lies the village (hamlet) Castagno. The way up is already an adventure, with beautiful chestnut trees and hairpin bends. If you pay attention you might see a deer or a fox.. (we do..) Once at the top we were welcomed by the sweet Giulia and her mother. The apartment was Italian with the basic necessities. don't expect huge luxury but just a clean apartment...

Not only a swimming pool, but also a beautiful terraced lawn where you can relax in the shade of the chestnut trees. The train station is very convenient, on the Porretta Pistoia line, one of the most evocative in Italy.

We rented this apartment through the Booking app, and the entire communication was excellent. For us, Siena was the perfect starting point for exploring Tuscany. Not that far from the city center, 5 min ride to the car park of Santa Caterina. Comfortable apartments and spotlessly clean, with all that was needed for our stay. The Anghel Team is awesome, they help us with some doubts and gave us some tips that improved our stay. A plus, they have parking right at the door.

As a family of four on an European road trip, on a budget, this place was a good find. Zero glamour, but good rooms, bathroom, and parking at a "walking" distance from the old town Siena. The room was spacious, clean, well furnished with houseware we could use for breakfast and light dinner - we didn't turn on the stovetop, only microwave. The free coffee machine at the lobby served as a quick fix...

The family room is a two-room, highly recommended hotel. Across the street from Carrefour and a coffee shop, breakfast and lunch were easily available. The hotel offers a user-friendly environment, free parking, and a bus service 🚌 directly to the old town. So satisfying, I stayed two nights.

The front desk guy, Santiago, was incredibly nice. He'd traveled to China for a month before, and seeing we were Chinese, he was incredibly friendly. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and there's a wonderful aroma everywhere. Breakfast includes freshly brewed coffee. The rooms have high ceilings, large windows, and soft beds. Guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or local champagne...

Perfect in every way. Charming, great location, good room, spot on breakfast, honesty bar. Only slight negative was the water was not hot enough for me to have a bath, but I do like a very hot bath and I got over it! Loved our free bottle of wine.

Loved the property and location! However if you want a good night sleep, it’s hard because the city parties to the wee hours of the morning.

The room was excellent, clean and seemed newly renovated. However, the hotel was hard to get to due to one way roads and limited parking nearby. The was not a big hotel sign in front (a little sign near the doorbell). The hotel staff gave me the google address where to park (behind the hotel is a different address). The hotel was a short walk to nearby tourist sights.

Very well located, you can walk throughout Florence easily, very good service and everything very clean.
