If I could give 6 stars for service I would. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Restaurant / buffet is the best on the beach. Big pool. Kids clubs. The staff were so helpful and nice. They couldn't do enough for us. I've never had service like it.

The staff at the front desk were exceptional with their assistance. It was above and beyond. And the rooftop breakfast was very good. The staff were eager and happy to assist. The evening cocktail hour on the rooftop was very pleasant. And once again the staff were great.

Wow, very impressed with this new property. Wonderful staff, incredible room with great amenities and spaciousness, and what a view - right across the street from the beach. The area of Cecina where it is located is very lively with many restaurants. Will definitely be back next time we are in Tuscany.

This is the most 5 star, 4 start hotel I’ve ever been to. From the minute we walked in, until the minute we left, the staff was incredible and kind. The hotel room was immaculate. So clean. Smelled so good. The rooftop pool, bar, restaurant was so nice and fairly priced for such a nice hotel. The staff was always eager to ensure we were satisfied and happy. stayed for 3 nights! we loved florence and enjoyed our 20-30 min walk back to the hotel. it’s 10- 15 walk to the station. neighborhood is not too crowded which is nice. the room was also big with kitchen, living room and bedroom. recommended!

We stayed in nine different hotels throughout Italy, and Antica Torre was the lowest price with the highest value. We booked a library junior suite and requested a river view. This place was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and unhelpful. We had a hard time finding the nearby parking lot so we called the phone number provided and someone answered quickly and gave us directions to find the parking lot. There was a bottle of prosecco to welcome us and attentive service during our four- night stay. The location couldn’t be better. We were able to easily walk to all the sights and museums on our wish list. The rooftop terrace was a special treat with excellent views all around. Comfortable beds. I have not found the rooms to be clean. In one corner of the room, the plaster on the wall had fallen off. No extra outlets available for charging phones and smart watches. The location is top! The hotel has a perfect location at the heart of Florence. It is just nearby the river. There is a common balcony at the second floor that you can watch the river. Very nice. I stayed in the junior suite, it had a large bed and also a smaller one good for a family with kid. The views were stunning, the jacuzzi tub was divine. 5 min walk to Ufizzi. Amazing breakfast. Pricey but worth it.

Excellent hotel, great location, 4th time there

It's very close to the train station, only a five-minute walk. The room has a courtyard and two security doors, so it's very safe. It's a bit old, and the hot water isn't very hot, but it's really good value for money. The staff weren't overly enthusiastic, but their attitude was generally friendly.

The Garden Hotel, with each room surrounding a courtyard garden, is spacious and two-story. The entrance is a charming alley-like passageway. This was the most satisfying hotel on our Italian trip. Even if breakfast wasn't included, it was still a delight to prepare some and enjoy it in the garden.

Stayed in Florence for four nights. I often take the train to other cities. I chose a hotel close to the train station, in an alley, but it was safe and quiet, with a yard, a large room, and a duplex. The Chinese restaurant "Chongqing Impression" is just a three or four minute walk away. We ate there for two nights.

This hotel has an excellent location in the center of town.

Located right in the heart of old town Florence just a few steps from all the shops restaurants and museums. Our stay at Donati was perfect. Our suite was beautiful large and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful with great recommendations - a big thank you to Leonardo and Phillipo at the front desk for their assistance.

We stayed for a week at the Golden Hotel and Apartments in a well equipped self catering apartment. Great place - spotlessly clean, excellent location and lovely pool area. We had 2 breakfasts and 2 evening meals and the food and service was excellent. Really helpful and friendly staff. Cecina is a great place - not over the top chic but great choice of restaurants and the local beach is good.

Resting a couple of days between the cityhoppings. The hotel is well maintained with a close proximity from the port of Cecina. Our room was spacious and included jacuzzi. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I loved the apartment, and it's important to note that this is indeed an apartment, not a luxury hotel with room service. I point that out so that your expectations are accurate. The front desk is only open between certain hours and you get a legit set of keys that lock and unlock the main door and your apartment door. Our stay at the Palazzo Gamba Apartments al Duomo was absolutely fantastic. We stayed along with our two children (9 and 15 yrs old) and could not have asked for more. The location, directly opposite the Duomo, was perfect. The suite was clean, spacious, and beautiful. And the service was friendly and attentive. I would recommend the Palazzo Gamba to anyone visiting Florence.

Good location, quiet and rather convenient - 20min walk (a rather bumpy one though because of the rich streets) or two bus stops from Santa Maria Novella (Florence train station), 15m from Santa Maria Duomo and Galleria Academia, and 10m from Uffizi. There are also plenty nice restaurants, gelataria, and bars in the area, for which you only have to follow recommendations from the host and google map...

Everything was fantastic between the welcoming staff, clean room and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend staying here as it is walking distance from Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio.

Lovely hotel beautifully furnished with friendly helpful staff. Great location our room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Good size rooms which were spotlessly clean with good quality bed linen and towels.

My husband and I like space and freedom so we opted for a flat rather than just a hotel room. The very polite and courteous G.M. Mr. Dario was very accommodating and provided us with a lovely well equipped sea view flat which we enjoyed for a whole week. Highly recommended, without hesitation.

European breakfast has it all and if something is missing they get it for you, I recommend the great pancakes. Stunning location with a lot of places to see within 40 km radius, definitely for people who love countryside and nature, but also like to visit historical towns of Tuscany. Pool was just perfect, we really enjoyed our time there.

This was the most comfortable hotel during my trip. The location was absolutely the best; it was perfect for an evening stroll along the river, and conveniently close to all the main attractions. This hotel has a lot of character! It offers excellent security and privacy, and its central location makes getting around incredibly convenient. The dining options are also fantastic. Plus, there's a rooftop terrace, which is perfect for taking photos. Highly recommend!

At only 500 meters altitude near Pistoia lies the village (hamlet) Castagno. The way up is already an adventure, with beautiful chestnut trees and hairpin bends. If you pay attention you might see a deer or a fox.. (we do..) Once at the top we were welcomed by the sweet Giulia and her mother. The apartment was Italian with the basic necessities. don't expect huge luxury but just a clean apartment...

Not only a swimming pool, but also a beautiful terraced lawn where you can relax in the shade of the chestnut trees. The train station is very convenient, on the Porretta Pistoia line, one of the most evocative in Italy.

This hotel is almost like a museum. We choose this hotel due to its being on the center of attractions. Conveniently located, enough breakfast for the morning and run by beautiful people. There is also some apartments inside where people live and they are ‘privado’, so don’t enter by mistake like me.

Excellent location. We booked the Attic room which was absolutely huge. Room was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was also great. Ten minutes or so walk from Pisa Central Station. Fifteen mins walk to the leaning tower. Highly recommended accommodation.

The family room is a two-room, highly recommended hotel. Across the street from Carrefour and a coffee shop, breakfast and lunch were easily available. The hotel offers a user-friendly environment, free parking, and a bus service 🚌 directly to the old town. So satisfying, I stayed two nights.

The lady at reception was very kind and willingly helped me with the booking issue. Plus, there's a free coffee machine available on site.

An old room from the 16th century, what more can you ask for? You just want to feel the feeling that history brings to you and feel the living conditions of Italians hundreds of years ago. From this point of view, it is great value.

Was a very quaint hotel! Staff was kind when needed. This is not like a normal hotel so go almost thinking like a bed and breakfast. We never ate breakfast but we enjoyed the hotel and location.
