The location is good and the room is relatively large. It's a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore. The SPA is a bit of a rip-off, the hygiene is not very good, and it's a bit noisy. No new water was added the next day. You can park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage, but you need to inform in advance and the waiter will park in the cooperative parking lot.

The heart of Firenze! This could not be a more perfectly central location in the heart of Firenze! The device was wonderful and breakfast was great! When you step out of the lobby, you are 2-5 minutes from absolutely everything and our room was beautiful to come to each night! We will be back!

We had an amazing time at San Firenze Suites and Spa. Our room was lovely, the staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was really good, actually, and the aperitivo in the evening was really great too! This property is convenient to many parts of the city. Walked to almost everywhere. The concierge service was excellent from recommendations for dinner to arranging parking and taxi services. The suite was large and beautiful.

The hotel's air conditioning needs improvement. We noticed it wasn't cold enough on our first night, so we asked to borrow a fan. The staff were very friendly and quickly resolved our issue. This boutique hotel is a gem. It’s conveniently located and yet away from all the crowds. We stayed at one bedroom suite, well kept and clean and spacious. A great gelato shop and many restaurants are within 10 minutes walk. Definitely will stay here again for future visits. The only complaint is that WiFi only works occasionally.

Me and my parents stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks, and it was great! Location is amazing as it is right by the beach. Has a great pool and parking facilities. Close to restaurants and the breakfast is lovely. We had a wonderful stay at the Donati luxury suites. It was centrally located and we could walk anywhere as we were in the centre. The hotel staff was extremely helpful especially Francesco and Emily. The service was impeccable. We will definitely be back to stay at the treasure again. It made our stay in Florence really memorable.

We were so pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a hotel. At first the tiny entrance and front desk will disappoint however once we reached our room we were breathless. Incredible view of the Duomo and so tastefully decorated. We have massive junior suite that comfortably sleeps 4 persons with two separate bathrooms. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy Florence to the fullest.

A real gem in the middle of Florence. We stayed in the Giotto suite which had beautiful views of the Duomo from both the living room and bedroom. The unit has a second bathroom with a shower which was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We scheduled drivers to the hotel and to the train station for our trip and both drivers were great. I would definitely stay again.

Wow, very impressed with this new property. Wonderful staff, incredible room with great amenities and spaciousness, and what a view - right across the street from the beach. This is the most 5 star, 4 start hotel I’ve ever been to. From the minute we walked in, until the minute we left, the staff was incredible and kind. The hotel room was immaculate. So clean. The couple who owns it are not on site but visit every day and are very helpful. The room is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The owners anticipate everything, from toiletries to refrigerator to wine glasses and corkscrew in the room. I loved the apartment, and it's important to note that this is indeed an apartment, not a luxury hotel with room service. I point that out so that your expectations are accurate. The front desk is only open between certain hours and you get a legit set of keys that lock and unlock the main door and your apartment door. Our stay at the Palazzo Gamba Apartments al Duomo was absolutely fantastic. We stayed along with our two children (9 and 15 yrs old) and could not have asked for more. The location, directly opposite the Duomo, was perfect. The suite was clean, spacious, and beautiful. And the service was friendly and attentive. I would recommend the Palazzo Gamba to anyone visiting Florence.

Very convenient for Pisa airport, only a 10 minute walk. Room was satisfactory, bathroom a little dated with snall shower. Bed was firm and I banged my head on the hard headboard! We were the only diners but we were cooked a very nice meal to order, but it wasn't cheap (€48 per person for two courses and a glass of wine). Secure parking was convenient underground, cost €15 extra per day.

Nice clean accommodation near by the beaches. There is a small playground at the site. I liked free bikes which you could rent to get to shops. The apartment had all we needed and was nicely clean. This is a resort we found out about by coincidence last year. It was so extraordinary that we came back this year... and we will go back next year for sure. We have been to Fattoria Palazzeta 9 times since 2014, and keep coming back. The Fattoria is constantly improving the service, and every year they have new improvements, to compliment their fantastic place. We stayed for a week at the Golden Hotel and Apartments in a well equipped self catering apartment. Great place - spotlessly clean, excellent location and lovely pool area. The Garden Hotel, with each room surrounding a courtyard garden, is spacious and two-story. The entrance is a charming alley-like passageway. This was the most satisfying hotel on our Italian trip.
