The air conditioning works well and we had a lot of space in our room and balcony to relax. The room service every day is excellent, very fast and they do a good job. If you are not ground floor, the only way up is steps

There is a lot of healthy food choices as well as mountains of pasta, pizza, cakes, and other delicious treats. Many nights have a theme, like seafood night, and the choices leave nothing to be desired

Hotel and SPA team was just awesome! Sauna, Hammam, massages, baubles bath, little snacks and tea offered. We are very grateful, you made our day so relaxed and resourceful

The hotel is spread across many buildings, but nothing is too far to walk, it is a very nice design like a small village. Everyday the children’s entertainment is excellent

The food is really good, and you can’t beat the beach location! Be sure to check out the spa, it’s worth spending a few hours in. Definitely will come again for another relaxing stay

If proximity to the beach is what is most important, the location is good

The staff is absolutely the highlight: food at the poolside restaurant was above and beyond what I've seen anywhere (fish cooked to juicy perfection is a notable example); Filiberto the sommelier was amazing at proposing, presenting and discussing wines; all staff was at the highest level I've seen in a while

The only minus was a tiny shower but that can hardly detract from the overall experience. The spa and pools are also at a very high level of service and cleanliness

Our room had an excellent view, but the rooms and property are in need of updating. The service at the Ombra Della Serra restaurant was friendly, but the food was just ok

But DO NOT EAT dinner at this hotel- our dinner really was horrible and for 70 euros just a waste of money. We were just here in November 2025, the beach was empty but beautiful, the town is basically closed up

We had a wonderful four days in this amazing beach hotel with its swimming pools and the amazing spa. Be sure to bring your shower caps. Great service from Gabriel and Gataneo along with the great breakfast crew

Since checkout was at 10:30 and I had a train to catch at 3:00 PM, I asked if I could stay until 2:00 PM and leave my bags, and use the common areas or leave them to go to the beach

During the 3 days of our stay, the maid did not vacuum the floor, as the hotel is near the beach and there was quite a lot of sand in the room

Nice property a few steps from the beach. But come early because when we arrived it was nearly no place to park a car. We were lucky to grab the last one.

Cute and intimate eco-resort in Tuscany. Great food, cute cabanas with service at the beach and room-service was good too. Great staff. We enjoyed our stay but didn’t find much around outside the resort.

The good: The beach is sandy, clean and there's an allocation system for cabanas and deck chairs - so absolutely no fighting for space! The restaurant staff are amazing

The city itself is a main beach attraction for mostly Italians to summer as the beach is HUGE and the "Prince" is setup to rule the beach. Old school elegance with a TOP staff

During dinner, there was a live music concert, mainly jazz, my favorite genre, so I was more than happy to listen to my favorite melodies, surrounded by people joyfully dancing and smiling

Prince is not a worthy enough title! Visiting a friend was enhanced by this jewel on the beach ( across the street from their beach club) and it really made our trip to Viareggio

Staff ok, although following my request for extra pillows&douvet - there were none in the wardrobe like in ALL the hotels I have ever stayed! - a member of staff entered my room while the "do not disturb" sign was on and just THREW the items on my unmade bed, in a very uncerimonious way, it seemed to me, and I found them on my return from my breakfast

The correct way I would have expected from such a 4☆ hotel, would have been to place them tidely on the table, perhaps, or the chair or the wardrobe!? Not just chucked on the unmade bed! Seemed to me a rather SHODDY way of doing things! Breakfast: totally marvellous! Bar, not used

The pool area could do with an update, but perhaps this is next as our room was freshly decorated with a lovely new bathroom. Excellent breakfast and perhaps the best ever scrambled eggs from a buffet

Dinner was fine, but not nearly as good as breakfast. Lovely pre dinner drinks in the cocktail bar with a nice selection of canapés. If you enjoy old world style, you will enjoy staying here

Everything about this place was wonderful- amazing location, rooms, spa, restaurant and bar and service in general. Just steps off the beach, this special resort and spa is truly unique

We had a nice week at this hotel a lovely relaxing pool nice spa and massage too! Breakfast is fine but the restaurant evening meal options are poor also the service was extremely slow we waited 45mins for dinner to come after ordering so did others!! Very small portions and little vegan or veggie options for my wife! The restaurant on the beach is good for lunch!

The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood

Close to the beach, but staff prefers to speak amongst themselves than taking care of guests. Very simple furniture that contrasts with the high prices. Bathrooms are small. Mattresses not up to international standards.

Great spa with caves style seawater pools with different temperatures, jets massage options and special massages and skin treatments. Huge park area nearby for morning walks or biking

We had an amazing stay here! The breakfast and dinners were delicious, the pool and apartments were newly renovated. The private beach is easy to reach by car and a beautiful spot. Staff are really friendly.

The food was far better than last year. The buffet again offered several courses. We booked the renovated Comfort Room S. We missed more storage space in the bathroom. Another dresser in the room would have been welcome

We received the most friendly advice in the reception area, and all our questions were answered perfectly. It couldn't be better; this is how a golf course should be managed and maintained!

An absolutely perfect golf course! The practice area offers plenty of space for both short and long games. The greenkeepers do a fantastic job, and the course is extremely well-maintained

A beautiful place for both golfers and tourists. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Our room fitted our needs and the small kitchen was a nice touch. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is in a great location and has an excellent private, sandy beach. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We really liked this hotel and we looked at all the luxury hotels on Elba and this was the best. Our room (166) was a bit of a hike but sweeping views of the Med (as most rooms), patio and very comfortable

If you are in the area, this is a good choice. The breakfast is good and the place is bright. There are only a few rooms, but this is common in Europe. It is close to the beach and several good restaurants.

Be careful with rooms located opposite the elevators. There's a service entrance nearby, so it can be quite noisy.

After a busy week in the Montepulciano area of Tuscany (incredible), we stayed for several days at the Argentario Resort, and it was perfect in many ways

We also ate at the Golf Club restaurant and enjoyed the meal. We played a round of golf during our stay, and the course was another highlight

I can't speak highly enough - the hotel rooms are bright, clean, quiet and well designed, the resort has fantastic restaurants, bars and shops, the location is on a beautiful beach near to Castiglione with some great places to eat, but most of all I want to give a shout out to the amazing staff at the resort

From the reception staff, to the wonderful Guest Relations team (especially Nicola!), and even the General Manager spend several hours of his time helping us with the situation

We experienced a significant issue on arrival in Italy, and although it was nothing to do with the hotel, the staff could not have been more dedicated to helping us

She didn't show any interest in explaining how to get to our room, she didn't even give us the most basic thing used in the hotel, which is the band to get into the pools, such a pity for a face of the hotel

The location is fantastic, but still very far from being an award-winning hotel,T because of the service , the price per night doesn't correspond of what you get

Beach club food was fine; service good. Guests had access to their own umbrella, lounges and a chair. What is really special is the atmosphere

We stayed in that hotel for a week with our two children. This is a very nice hotel in a fantastic location. The plus are clearly the beach and the swimming pool

There were several places on the beach where one could have a pizza, simple fish or pasta

The beach is extremely nice with beautiful pine trees and a very nice restaurant in some kind of a hut (the beach area is protected and it seems difficult/impossible to put uggly buildings on this sea shore)

Speaking of the beach, the hotel's beach club was a ten minute walk, but a shuttle (fully restored VW T1 or similar Fiat that was at your service immediately or within 5 minutes) that took less than 5 minutes to get to or from the beach to the hotel

Breakfast was great, lots of selection, attentive waiters, Parking space is in shadow of big trees. I surprisengly found out they are cork oak trees. I didnt spend much time on the beach

We loved the Isolotto Beach Club and its relaxed & friendly beach restaurant, and the free shuttles were always available for trips to the beach, town and further afield

This place offered an ideal Tuscan escape. It's surrounded by gorgeous countryside and is only a short drive to a sandy Mediterranean beach, where you can reserve chairs at the hotel's partner beach club

Just 10 minutes from Castiglione delle Pescaia if you want to explore downtown, or 30 minutes from Cala Violina boat tour, we had the absolute best time and can't wait to return

Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time at their adults-only pool, which was quiet and had plenty of seats

I love to swim for exercise appreciated that the pool was long enough to do laps. The spa was very well-appointed with a sauna and a lot of different water experiences

Perfect getaway in Porto Ercole, Tuscany. The hotel is a few minute walk from Porto Ercole, a few minute drive from Orbetello, about a 10 minute drive from Porto Stefano and close to many beaches

The location is convenient for exploring Porto Ercole and nearby beaches, but a car is helpful for getting around
