Helpful and kind staff, located in the center of Port'Ercole a few steps from the port.
Water dispenser at the entrance to fill your water bottles and coffee machine.
The voucher is given to park around the island with the agreement (i.e. in paid parking spaces € 2 per day and
in whites free) because there is no possibility of parking included with the structure.
There is a nice balcony with a view (pictured).

VERSUS
Unclean room with a stale smell (we try to cover everything with lots of room fragrances).
Bathroom not very usable, very narrow, sink impossible to use: I had to wash my hands, face and teeth in the bidet because I could not.
Old and worn sheets, pillowcases and towels.
Very hot room, there is only one penguin (plus the
owner kindly provided us with a fan) to cool off in the evening but
absolutely not enough. There is no air conditioning.

It is a hotel / guest house for which in my opinion you don't pay much attention, if you used a little newer and cleaner sheets and towels, if you paid a little more attention to cleaning (especially the shower and the room) and to those details that make a bit of a difference (including air conditioning) in my opinion it would be a nice place to stay.
But more than 100 € per night for two for a solution like this, even if we are in the Argentario, just not worth it, I'm sorry.

Excellent location and overall it is acceptable if you do not have big claims, even considering the authorization for car parking for only 2 euros per day. However, cleanliness is not their strong point. Also in three days the towels were not changed. in conclusion I would not return.

Bad value for money, second floor without elevator, small room without bedside table, fan or heater depending on the season, no television, no courtesy soap in the bathroom, stained sheets for underneath, broken shutter so either all closed or all open, advance payment made on the street and optional tax receipt. All for the respectable figure of 70 euros.

It was a horrible experience and lack of cleaning to be afraid of taking diseases, I don't recommend it to my worst enemy this structure, without the cleaning lady it was the owner who did the cleaning who did nothing but fix the bed covers and one disgusting of the unbelievable unbelievable was to call the ASL but for pity I have not done it, those who read my review avoid this place. The only repentance I have that I did not take pictures.
