Sundeck Hotel

Title: Apocalyptic Experience
Newly built hotel, well-kept and clean, although the finishing touches leave something to be desired.
The structure is not bad at all, but the details are not taken care of. Bad aperitif (4 chips the day before by the pool are not enough for such a hotel). Room with only one key, so to speak or leave the key inserted in the room to keep the air conditioning on always asking the staff to open you or it will crack from the heat. The breakfast has good products, but too little choice. Parking, for a fee (15 euros per day), is very uncomfortable; it does not allow customers to move independently, but it is necessary to ask the staff, every time, to leave the other cars present because more than a hotel parking lot it looks like a "cuttigghio".
Absurd thing on the day of August 10th. There is no light throughout San Vito Lo Capo and such a structure is not equipped with a small generator capable of at least maintaining water and consequently hygiene for customers. From 17.30 to 2.30 at night in the structure there was no electricity and water, the emergency lights (poor) went out immediately in the rooms and in the corridors at midnight. In the twenty-first century it looks really crazy. Owner and collaborator were able to say only that it was not their fault, shrugging, marking on the account even the water taken at that moment when the heat and concern were the masters (not even a torch present in the structure !!) . In addition, no discount for a full day without any service.
I would give less than one star, but it's not possible.
The only really positive note is the friendliness and efficiency of Mrs. Mimma and Alice, willing and capable!
Experience that I do not wish to anyone.
