The front desk was excellent. We arrived early and they allowed us check in. The front desk booked restaurants for us in advance and were always cheery! Fantastic stay!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is convenient, the service is warm and attentive, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price is excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended! 👍

This hotel was located in an excellent spot to walk the historic city center. It was definitely a wonderful place to be.

The hotel reception staff were welcoming and provided excellent service; I was quite satisfied with the hotel. The parking lot is right in front of the hotel, and the restaurant is quiet and clean.

The hotel was lovely, clean and the staff so friendly. Breakfast was peaceful and delicious in the courtyard I slept so well after long days walking the Mercado Ballaro!

The room was very hot. The AC was not efficient. The hotel provides guests with fans, which tells me they know the rooms are hot. Bathroom was so small knees touch the shower doors when sitting on toilet. Shower head did not stay on when showering it kept falling down. Water was never cold. Only warm/hot water available? Very uncomfortable.

Beautiful property and great location. The room had a fan but no air- being on the 2nd floor was very hot and stagnant. We carried all luggage ourselves up 2 levels of stairs- if you are not young and strong- be sure to ask for rooms on the lower floor.

Very satisfied. Very artistic. Lots of attractions nearby. I realized I arrived at this hotel too late. I wish I had stayed here when I arrived. I will stay here again next time I visit Sicily.

The room is indeed an old one, decorated in style. I don’t know where they got some rotten wood furniture, but it looks pretty good. Hygiene, service are OK, breakfast is simple and sufficient.
The surrounding area is not far from the internet-famous Cross Street, the snack market, and various fountains. Sicily is not very big and you can reach them by walking.
