It was a very good place to stay close to everything really like the Staff they are very helpful. Will be back again one day.

I stayed in Vitorno for 9 nights. The apartment was clean and well kept. Before arrival, they received all the necessary instructions on how to get to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things. When I noticed that the cutlery was missing, I went to the reception and easily got a set of new ones. Perfect location, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. A bakery and market are also nearby. Staff helpful. I will definitely come back.

Clean, comfortable, great locatio

We loved the spacious, minimally, but adequately, furnished apartment and much appreciated the assistance with parking permit, the terrace in front of and behind the apartment in a quiet but central neighborhood. Sadly the beach was completely overcrowded and the restaurants overpriced. We had to travel as far as Trapani for a pleasant spot at the beach and some reasonably-priced food.

The structure of the Vitop Residence in San Vito lo Capo would undoubtedly deserve a 5-star rating but to get it 2 fundamental improvements are necessary. Obviously this is not intended to be a criticism because overall we had a very good time, it is intended to be a simple piece of advice for the owners of the property to have all 5-star reviews in the future and we will probably also come back to experiment to add a star to this evaluation. Here is our experience: The apartment I had the pleasure of experiencing was very nice, furnished in a minimal way but with all the necessities. The large spaces and the presence of all the necessary accessories make the stay comfortable. Furthermore, the structure is very well kept or in any case has been recently renovated.

At the reception, the staff proved to be very friendly and helpful, always ready to satisfy every request and to provide useful information to make the holiday even more pleasant.

However, there are some aspects that, if improved, could significantly improve the overall experience. Firstly, the bed needs an urgent overhaul. The structure, made up of a block of wood, emits a very annoying noise at the slightest movement, disturbing the peaceful sleep that every holidaymaker deserves. Furthermore, a double bed should not be made up of two single beds pushed together, during the night if a person moves the mattresses move apart and you wake up because you end up in a hole.

Another critical point is the soundproofing between rooms. Currently, even a normal voice conversation between neighbors can be clearly heard, creating a feeling of lack of privacy and tranquility. An intervention in this sense would be greatly appreciated, to guarantee a more serene and private atmosphere.

In conclusion, the Vitop Residence has all it takes to become a point of reference for those looking for a holiday characterized by comfort and quality. With some targeted interventions, I am convinced that it could easily achieve a 5 star rating, offering a superior holiday experience.

Great apartment and contact with the staff! I recommend

Brand new and clean apartment. Upon our arrival in the evening we found a nice welcome kit and the air conditioning already on. Near the center and the sea, free parking under the structure. The only flaw is the difficulty in sleeping because the bed made deafening squeaks at every slightest movement.
