Despite negative reviews, we decided to stay at the hotel. Surprisingly, our room was quite clean - clean sheets and bathroom. All the essentials were in the room, apart from kitchen utensils. It was also rather quiet, so we could sleep well. Overall, good value for the money 👌

The hotel was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen was empty, with no glasses, plates, pots, or cutlery. There wasn't even a rug in the bathroom, and the shower wasn't working properly. The fridge was dirty. The closet smelled bad. The only positive was the proximity to the university.

The hotel is close to the bus and train stations, and the area is relatively dirty, but the hotel and rooms were perfectly cleaned. Electrical appliances function there barely. There is almost nothing functional. The area was also quieter than other parts of the city. The kitchen needs to be repaired and needs a little more cleaning as no one uses that part. The shortage of electrical power was causing lots of trouble. I was even unable to use the hairdryer with the hot air blower. The cleaner girl was very helpful, and she kept my room clean and tidy always. The communication with the hotel owner was always great. They even let me in early.

The profile picture is fake, It is not a hotel .It is more of an accommodation from an outside view. Environmental sanitation is under critics. I was unable to contact the owner . Got stranded and ended up booking a different hotel, Owner never boatder to contact me despite making several attempts to call.

The room had the bare essentials but was neglected, with a constant noise from the electrical box. There were no kitchen utensils, which are listed as being included in the apartment's amenities. In short, I would never return.

Dirty hotel..there was a kitchenette but I would never have cooked in it, the stove was even broken and unusable..not a very quiet area, no one ever at reception! I wouldn't go back, the area was very dirty and we were afraid to go back in the evening.

The location is great, the neighborhood at first seems dangerous and very neglected, however it is in a family environment close to the station and very well connected. Recommended to spend a couple of days in Palermo.
