I was there for 1 week with my 2 little ones on my own and then with my partner, it was excellent, perfect place for a holiday. We were in room 49, we had a nice table in the garden in front of us close to the beach and all shops and amenities.
Staff were lovely, very kind even when they had to say no. Breakfast was excellent, a really great start of the day, rooms super clean, cleaning ladies lovely and friendly. We had a blast.

I’d give no stars but can’t. Rude, dismissive staff. Long waiting times. When finally served, refused to help and told us to check for ourselves for something they knew wasn’t available, offered no alternative and went on to serve other people.

Wonderful Hotel at amazing beachfront location, with everything you need to enjoy your holidays in such a beautiful place.
Rooms are renewed, bar and restaurant are great, breakfast is awesome.
But what makes the difference is the staff, from Filippo at the beach to all waiters at the bar and the restaurant, to the front desk, everyone is making their best to make you feel happy, relax and at home.
Unforgettable stay, many thanks to all.

We have ordered lunch which was at least to say not good. The beef fillet was undercooked and I have returned the dish, and they have give me back the same plate with meat which was for trash. Very bad experience and service. Would not reccomend.

We got an apartment that is not on their website. It is located far from the hotel at 11 Via Dante Alighieri. The apartment is large and spacious, but the cupboards and furniture smelled old. There were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. We alerted the reception, but they did nothing about it. There was no dish sponge or detergent in the kitchen. There is no wifi in the entire apartment!!! I give a total rating of 5 out of 2 points.

Location is in front of the beach that’s way we walked in and asked for a room for 4 nights, at the first they treated us good , we paid totally and then they showed us a room in another building that wasn’t in the main building of hotel then they said we have only this one available . It wasn’t acceptable that they lied to us and brought us somewhere else that wasn't even close to the beach. We asked for a refund but they said it's not possible. After a long argument when they saw we are so disappointed and not happy, finally they offered us a room in the main building. It is not a professional behaviour and lady was rude. Even though the hotel was ok ( not perfect for this amount of money they charged us) but their behaviour ruined everything. Not recommended👎🏻

Clean modern hotel with professional staff.
Close to the sea, the most beautiful beach is just few metres away.

While the hotel is conveniently situeted on the beach front the quality of the rooms is poor for a 3 stars hotel. Price is too high for the services provided. On top of the room you have to pay extra for parking and for sunbeds and umbrella.
