Hotel Vento del Sud in San Vito Lo Capo

A beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Emanuele, Salvo, and Daniel were excellent! The property cleaning crew is meticulous. Every corner of the room and of the building is spotless and shiny. Lovely seating areas outside of the room to play cards or have a beverage.Very quiet and safe area. Lovely breakfast. I would highly recommend it.

We are a family of four who have had the pleasure to stay at Hotel Vento del Sud (considered a 3 star property) from July 10, to July 18, 2023. The room was well equipped with wardrobe, fully stocked mini bar, safe and desk with phone. The room had a good sized bathroom, with large shower stall and good shower water pressure, bidet and ample toiletries Although our room (situated on the ground floor) was a bit small, it had everything we needed including a laundry rack/clothes pins on the terrace to hang wet clothes. My daughter and her husband had a larger room with balcony on the second floor. The beds, pillows and room temperature was very comfortable. The amazing housekeeping staff were attentive and provided us with clean towels every day. Clean sheets and pillow cases were changed several times during our stay. Complimentary beach towels were also provided. We enjoyed everyday, bar quality cappuccinos and espressos (carefully prepared by Mario and sometimes Claudio) along with a great breakfast with sweet and savory items, fresh fruits, juices, cereal, yogurts, croissants, danishes and especially Antonina’s home baked goodies. Even boiled eggs were available upon request. A memorable moment for my husband was when Mario picked the last fresh lemon from the lemon tree on the patio, just so my husband could have it in his hot water lemon tea (see photo). The Hotel is walking distance to the beautiful turquois sandy San Vito Lo Capo beach and to many other amenities such as the Supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries, good restaurants, self service laundry and even our TDS Services car rental was just down the street from the Hotel. The best feature of the Hotel is the amazing, professional, attentive and friendly staff. We were greeted and treated everyday as if we were family members. We were given great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The housekeeping staff worked tirelessly everyday to keep everything clean and sparkling. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone and to families for a safe and enjoyable vacation in San Vito lo Capo. Note, that the Hotel also has 24 hour surveillance and front desk services which gives guests a sense of security and safety. A special thanks goes to Mario, Emanuela, Francesco and Claudio at Reception who were always so kind and helpful. Also many thanks to Francesca, Sery, Rosalia and Francesca #2 in housekeeping who kept our rooms spotless. Thank you to Francesco, the owner of the property for providing a beautiful and well maintained structure; Antonina for baking delicious cakes especially my favourite “la torta di Pistacchio” and to Davide in back office who with patience, assisted me with my booking. Good hotel in a strategic location with a good breakfast. Friendly staff. Discounted parking € 8 per day a few hundred meters away. Very useful the drying rack made available for costumes and towels. Hair dryers of the real ones not from the hotel which for me made a lot of difference. Advise!

We stayed at this property for 15 days, well what can I say!
Clean hotel, reception always attentive to guests' needs, very helpful owners, full and abundant breakfast.
Hotel very close to the center of San Vito lo Capo.
Recommended.
