Great stay at this Family run Hotel. Really well appointed!
Probably a suggestion I would have is to put the $ sign near: PRIVATE BEACH. When I booked that was something important to me, instead we ended up paying for the "private beach", so maybe update the charge every year, that would be more fair for us travelers. Grazie!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was really helpful. Offered us onsite parking. Very close to the beach & restaurants. Needed a couple dresses laundered and they did a great job. Beautiful breakfast spread as well!

8 days on the most beautiful beach in Sicily, San Vito Lo Capo. we are frequent flyers as we travel around the globe very often, but the most satisfying experience was this Hotel, the food, the location, the beach, the service, the cleaning, the staff, and the money were worth every penny, we started every day with a pure Sicilian breakfast with top-notch service from the guys on the second floor, we had the opportunity to try the ristorante pizzeria il Cortile di cerere were the food was mouth melting and again the service was excellent, cleaning ladies of course, they do the job, the guy at the beach was also very professional in his job, location is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, and the most surprising thing that the director Mr. Melchiorre is the guy who helps and communicates with all guests in a friendly and professional way, just an email away this gentleman organized everything for us and we would go back to this Hotel with pleasure. Thank you, guys, for the wonderful experience, I recommend this Hotel 100 percent! Grazie di cuore, Nat.

We were very disappointed in our stay and decided to check out early. The Wi-Fi was horrible and the beds were very uncomfortable. We ultimately had to check out early and find a new place to stay because the toilet and bidet set up where perpendicular to each other and it was really tough for my tall husband to use the bathroom. Bathrooms had refillable toiletries that were rusted. We stayed in 5 different B&Bs and hotels throughout our Sicily roadtrip and this was the only one we could not tolerate. All our accommodations were in the $100-$150 USD price range. Please note that if you’re parking here, they block off the streets starting at 6pm and you cannot access the parking garage. Try to come home from your car adventures before then or else you are unable to access. Parking spots are limited on the property and cost $15 a day.
