This was completely inappropriate, rude, and intimidating.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable for anyone who manages a hotel and should maintain self-control and respect for others.
I strongly advise against staying in a place where the owner behaves this way toward anyone who approaches.
Special requests regarding our baby were also no problem.
In the hotel you can relax from the first minute, whether on the sun terrace with a beautiful view or in the pool area. Or best of all with a massage in the spa area... the masseuse is very good!
We'll definitely be back!

We had a room with a fantastic backdrop. Also at breakfast and dinner we were able to enjoy the fantastic view of the apple fields, vineyards and the mountains. The breakfast buffet was very rich and nothing was missing. The dinner was super varied and our highlight was the gala dinner. Gluten-free food wasn't a problem at all and I have to say that we haven't eaten so well in a long time, especially the gluten-free alternatives were absolutely great and speaks for the excellent cuisine of the hotel. The service was excellent and we felt very comfortable and were always very well looked after!
The outdoor area is very well maintained and invites you to spend many great hours at the pool with delicious drinks. The location of the hotel is great, we were quickly in Meran, also made trips to the Kalterer See and a great bike tour in the Passeier Valley.
Many thanks to the family-run hotel and the owners as well as the entire team for the great stay!

The wellness area is currently under construction and unfortunately cannot be used. I would have liked to have received this information in advance, at least at check-in. It's not a problem, but it was also a decision criterion when booking. I wish the team good stamina and that the corona situation will soon be over.
