Where should I begin? The super-friendly staff? The fantastic food—a delicious five-course menu every evening? The homemade cake, of which I ate two a day? The rooms, pleasantly scented with Swiss cedar? The wellness center with hanging loungers in the relaxation area, gently immersing you in complete relaxation? My highlight, besides all this, was the personal support of the boss, who, alternating between cheerful and friendly, offered guided hiking trips. This way, we got to know the area stress-free, didn't have to worry about the weather, and also met the friendly hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location if you want to travel in Dolomites region. Not far from everything, 5 mins driving to cable car to Compatsch for skiing. They even prepare packaged breakfast for us after they know we will check out early. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is fantastic, with what would be considered five-star service in China. The scenery leading to the hotel is also stunning. The hotel offers a range of leisure activities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and reading room. The highlight is the free lunch, called "fining dinner," which I hadn't thought of before and was totally worth it. It was a completely Western dining process, with dedicated service and a separate appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. The experience was truly worth it.

It’s unbelievable place, suitable for family vacation, situated just in the center of paradise. The nature around is romantic, beautiful mountains and fresh air; the hotel is luxury with top level spa and fantastic breakfast and unforgettable dinner. The staff is very cooperative. The only strange aspect- check out at 10:00 am, looks very uncomfortable and if I may to suggest to management to reconsider it to international standards (means 12:00). The rest is fine and I will definitely come again to this resort and will recommend it for everyone . Thank you for that lovely experience

A nice and clean hotel with good breakfast and dinner.
Only one thing that bothered us was the Blue colored lighting for shower area. Please change to regular warm white light.

Service: Excellent!! I didn't notice when I booked that it was HB (Half Board)!! Breakfast and dinner were included, and there was even a personalized nameplate. Dinner wasn't just a quick meal; there was a fine dinner, and the lamb chops were delicious!

Cleanliness: Regular cleaning every day.

Facilities: Ample parking nearby. The hotel has all the necessary spa facilities and outdoor sports equipment. The rooms are large and have terraces. The heating was always on. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, making it inconvenient to wash your hair.

Environment: No need to say more, just look at the pictures to see how beautiful it is. Plus, it's a 30-minute walk from the Blade's Edge Gondola, which is acceptable.
