All-inclusive drinks: The wine selection wasn't particularly impressive, although other wines were available for an extra charge. Around 75% of cocktails were chargeable (starting at €12). Many classic cocktails weren't on the menu. Upon check-in, I ordered a Campari Spritz. In Italy, a Campari Spritz usually costs the same as an Aperol Spritz. The Aperol Spritz was included in the all-inclusive package, as was another cocktail very similar to the Campari Spritz (the other one also contains vermouth). My Campari Spritz, however, cost €7.50 – I still don't understand the logic behind this. Throughout my entire stay, I only drank Campari Spritz, and not a single person mentioned that it was an extra charge. At check-out, we received a hefty bill for extra drinks. Do you expect such a surprise when booking all-inclusive? Of course not. This made the stay more expensive, and the hotel is not worth the price! There's no bar by the pool; if you want a cocktail, water, or coffee, you have to carry it up five flights of stairs yourself. Regarding the all-inclusive food: if you eat little at lunchtime, you'll be hungry in the evening because the portions are too small. The lunch buffet was still open on our arrival day, but no one informed us (on our departure day, I saw that new guests knew about it and were helping themselves). We were then very hungry because there were no snacks available. The snacks advertised on the hotel website for the room consisted of just two tiny apples for two people. In the evening, we could only satisfy our hunger with a lot of bread. The desserts and bread, however, were very good. Service: we frequently had to wait a long time in the restaurant and bar; I've never experienced this before in a 4-star hotel. Cleaning: the so-called spring water wasn't refilled after check-in – I didn't understand the point of the boasting on the website. Slippers had to be requested separately; conditioner/lotion was only provided as a small package for two people and wasn't replenished, even when it ran out. Furthermore, I never experienced glasses in the room being cleaned or replaced. Entertainment program: very limited. Pool/sauna: okay. The waterfall and pond were the nicest features.
