We went to visit Tropea but were relying on Public Transport to move around; considering that, the location was not SUPER IDEAL, but the neighborhood is quiet and well lit so walking was not an issue at all and it made the rest AMAZING! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the place was clean and the breakfast was very complete, we loved it and would definitely go back! Strongly recommend!

The stuff was kind and helpful. Room was clean but toilet was a little bit questionable. Otherwise everything went well!

The front desk people were very helpful and patient. We were very close to downtown and could buy a converter just a few blocks from the hotel. It is a nice property with cute balconies. Breakfast at the terrace was nice and relaxing.

Beach towels umbrellas supplied while staying here. The staff are very helpful and kind. Accommodation with ocean view is spectacular with the view of Stromboli island volcano. I’m going back there again. Excellent 👌

My general experience was around or a bit below 4* - the hotel location is okay (close to the centre and to the railway station, but no nice views around), old but clean furniture, comfortable beds with uncomfortable pillows. Street noise was quite noticeable, earplugs were needed. Breakfast was okay, too. I'm giving the 5th star for the courtesy and kindness of the hotel staff :) thanks!

Great location, close to everything, and the restaurant attached was absolutely fantastic! All was great except for the toilet issues, it would flush and not stop and sound like it was going to fall through the floor. Otherwise having access to a van to get to the beach was nice after a long day in the sun, and it was a nice atmosphere, quiet and just off the busy road so not loud at night with people...

Great view of the sea and well maintained pool. Good breakfast selection. Good location 5 mins drive to Tropea center. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful.

What a fabulous find. Just far enough away from the hustle and hustle yet near enough to wander into town. Room was very clean and kitchenette and garden were an added bonus. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning with probably the best view in the area 😀 Can't wait to visit again soon

This is actually only a B&B and not a residence: very simple rooms with breakfast in a super nice location The selling point is the amazing view, mostly from the terrace (breakfast) and pool area. The misleadings are: residence label and the indicated price points before discount (e.g. €478 regular while we paid €157 which is what it was worth and not more). The discounted price is just what it is...

This property has potential to be good. Old is one thing but dirty is another. Blankets musty and bathroom had absolutely no drainage.

Poolside at the hotel is great place to relax.

The hotel was clean and comfy enough. It is about a 30 minute walk into the town center/ beaches. The complimentary breakfast was great.

The family the owns & runs this hotel is incredible! We stayed for one week and had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast spread every morning is delicious with all the home made things, and lunch by the pool & restaurant at night is great! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!

The room is spotless clean and comfortable. The management is friendly and attentive to our needs. The parking on the promises is very convenient to our room. The lovely restaurant is steps away from rooms and it is exceptional for breakfast and dinner.

Wonderful little resort with extremely clean rooms. Short drive to the center of Tropea, but not an ideal walk. Cute shared living rooms and terrasse, as well as a pool. Restaurant on site (open to the public for lunch and dinner - La Locanda) is phenomenal!

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Two story (we asked for a ground floor), ours had a large patio with chairs, table. The A/C works better than any that we have encountered, and the bed is very comfortable. There is Wi-Fi in the room and at the restaurant. The windows have screens on them so one can open the windows for the breeze. Plenty of power outlets. The property is very quiet...

Nice cosy place. Owner is nice but be a bit patient. In the winter time he was the only one there so he has quite much to handle. Breakfast is decent: butter, cheese, ham, sweet stuff and fruits.
