Hotel & Spa La Porta del Mare in Tropea

I begin by saying that I stayed at this hotel for a week in August and I have not received a receipt. Giuseppe, the owner of the structure, I imagine, has repeatedly said, from the first day of his stay there, that he would have done it but nothing. In addition to the obvious evasion, the mockery is disconcerting, in fact, he disappeared after telling us he would do it. The structure, on the whole, is very convenient for its location, close to the center and the sea. As for the cleanliness, it is very bad !!! We found the sheets dirty, the bathrooms in poor condition, the taps dirty with limescale as if no one had ever been there for cleaning other than the shower which looked terribly like the wardrobe where one of the handles was not there! Furthermore, only one person prepared breakfast and tidied up the rooms. A truly non-existent staff. One person in an entire structure. Well, quite expensive for how it looks and above all then if everything is not even billed, € 1,200 spent without receiving anything. A very low level, what a shame.
