Very poor, shabby 1-star hotel with outdated furniture, small rooms, very noisy, bad and dirty sanitary facilities with mold, broken shower door, hard and small beds, air conditioning that sometimes fails or leaks, and a minibar in the room that doesn’t work. The breakfast is okay and the location is excellent.

The hotel is very well-located and the staff is helpful and courteous. That's where the positive ends. Updates are badly needed. The bathroom is very tiny and old. The bed was like a block of cement. The sheets and towels are hard like cardboard. The main light in the room was probably a 20 watt bulb. Plus, we had to drag our luggage up a flight of stair to get to the elevator. Breakfast was European-style. Nothing spectacular.

Beach towels umbrellas supplied while staying here. The staff are very helpful and kind. Accommodation with ocean view is spectacular with the view of Stromboli island volcano. I’m going back there again. Excellent 👌

My general experience was around or a bit below 4* - the hotel location is okay (close to the centre and to the railway station, but no nice views around), old but clean furniture, comfortable beds with uncomfortable pillows. Street noise was quite noticeable, earplugs were needed. Breakfast was okay, too. I'm giving the 5th star for the courtesy and kindness of the hotel staff :) thanks!

Great location, close to everything, and the restaurant attached was absolutely fantastic! All was great except for the toilet issues, it would flush and not stop and sound like it was going to fall through the floor. Otherwise having access to a van to get to the beach was nice after a long day in the sun, and it was a nice atmosphere, quiet and just off the busy road so not loud at night with people still out and about. Also great air conditioning! Well needed last August.

Good location for train. Convenient and clean. Could do with new pillows but the staff are friendly, made a huge effort and got up early to have breakfast for us.
