The hotel, setting is beautiful, the staff very nice pool is beautiful and clean, rooms are nice and clean and nice views, cleaners very nice and in every day, beach is lovely there are big stones/pebbles but that’s they type of beach it is natural.
You do have to pay extra for towels for outside and for the safe.
However the minimart described in our booking is not a minimart it’s a clothes/souvenir shop so no food,if you have only booked bed and breakfast you are limited and stuck.
The Hotel is very remote nothing near by at all there is a shuttle bus morning or afternoon to Cafelau which is 10 euro each return.
Really you need a car.
The only fault we had with the hotel is the breakfast which was cold every morning the baymarie had hardly any water in to keep anything warm bacon left in its metal containers on the side going cold I asked for some beans as they were all gone when she came back I thought great these will be hot but no put out cold very disappointing

Me and my partner have just had a weeks stay at this resort and from reading the reviews I was skeptical but I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we have stayed. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The pool area is perfect for lounging around, also offering activities such as water gym at a couple of points through the day. The evening also offers entertainment at the pool bar, doing quizzes for all nationalities and live music. We came towards the end of the season and these activities were still offered, as well as air con still being on in the rooms despite what is stated on the information. The staff are attentive and friendly, some of whom you can tell really love their job. There is an onsite mini mart where you can purchase items such as cigarettes, suncream, beach wear and bags. We were all inclusive and originally found lunch a little confusing due to it being a sit down meal type, with menus and prices requiring us to ask reception to re-explain the rules around this. Breakfast and Dinner are buffet style as you’d expect at an all inclusive resort. On the contrary of what others have said, we found the food to be lovely and varied each day, with healthy salad and veg available as well as pizzas, pastas and meats. If you are ordering drinks during meals, these will cost (other than water) but drinks at the bars are free when using the all inclusive menu. When ordering anything at any part of the hotel, you will be asked your room number but asked to sign the receipt if anything has to be paid for, to be paid for at the end of the stay. We were given an extra card for the bills to be added to but we didn’t use this or were asked for this at any point and still don’t really understand the use of this. The resort is however very isolated and it is a long journey to any excursions and a long journey too and from the airport (approx 2.5 hours). We did 2 days of excursions which were 7am pick ups and 7pm drop offs so be prepared for long days of travelling on coaches but worth it if you’re here for exploring and relaxing. All in all it has been a beautiful stay and haven’t encountered any off putting experiences whilst here and definitely would stay here again. We don’t normally leave reviews when we stay anywhere but from reading some of them before coming, thought we would leave an honest, positive review.

Really nice hotel, would have 5 stars but the little things let it down. No tea/coffee making in the rooms and the room safe is only usable if you pay 2/3 euros per day. It’s there, they can’t remove it!!! Food and facilities are great. 2 minutes walk to the beach. The TV hardly works

Beautiful grounds and pool. Beach disappointing, but quiet. Music every evening went on too late, near hotel rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffets excellent, but very difficult to get to anywhere else to dine as shuttle returned to hotel at 6pm. Hire car would be useful, but not essential as there are trains and taxis available.

The hotel is hard to find due to lack of clear signs when you get close. The rooms have a wonderful view of the pool and sea. However there are many disappointing things that the management needs to resolve extra costs for the safe in your room, to park your car, the use of pool towels plus the drinks are expensive and food at lunch is all but none existent and expensive. It all makes the guests feel like we are being taken advantage of.

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the pool. If you are coming to the Mediterranean for the sea, however, this is not the right place. The beach is very disappointing: a rough mix of rocks and coarse sand, poorly maintained, with large waves crashing in a shallow area, making swimming both unpleasant and unsafe. The water is murky and uninviting. That said, if you prefer swimming in a pool rather than the sea, you will appreciate what the hotel offers.

Food is average at best. Breakfast is particularly monotonous, with the same limited options served every single day. Dinner is somewhat better, offering a bit more variety and slightly higher quality, but overall I would rate the dining experience at a three-star rather than four-star level.

The most disappointing aspect, however, was the reception staff. They often came across as rude and unhelpful, with limited English skills (some of them know just a word or two). Requests were only fulfilled after persistent insistence, giving the impression that guests were an inconvenience rather than being welcomed.

Finally, the hotel’s location is very isolated. Without a rental car you are essentially stuck, as there is nothing within walking distance. Your only options are hiring a taxi or paying for a bus.

Awesome 4-star resort experience
Wonderful resort, with everything you could expect of a 4-star resort in Europe. Rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable bed.

Guests are mainly locals, so not too touristy.

The restaurant serves both breakfast and dinner buffets, with plenty of options of tasty (both local and international) variations of food.

The pool is huge, with both a child friendly part with shallow water, and a part with deeper water, great for swimming etc.

Staff is very friendly, polite and makes sure the guests are having a good time.

The resort is located 20mins drive from Cefalù, but there is no public transport, so expect to spend some money on transport/taxi if you want to visit the beautiful city of Cefalù.
Price for the taxi is 35€ one way, if you book with the Hotel. Local taxis charge 50€ or more.

We will definitely be back.

Hotel and location set up was lovely. Quiet location. Could have done with running the shuttle bus a bit more regularly and maybe in the evening, so we could experience the other towns at night. Beach very stoney - large stones and struggled to go in the water. Not able to go in some days as too rough.
Water by the pool was €3. Not impressed as very hot and had paid all inclusive. They would give you warm water in a small cup if required. You are only allowed one drink at a time per person. So if thirsty, not good. Bar food, you have to pay for. SO DEFINITELY NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. Evening drinks; if you are all inclusive, you have to go to the bar to be served but if you are half board, the waiters will come and take your order where you are sitting.

Such a shame. It has put us off going again.

We stayed here for a week and went half board (breakfast and evening meal).
The hotel was lovely, open to the outside in most of the common areas. So many plants around the hotel which really gave it the holiday feel.
The food was also very good. Breakfast didn't vary too much, other than the local specialities (cakes). The evening meal however did vary and had live cooking of pizzas, pasta and various meats and fish. The desserts were also good with fruit and local cakes. Ice cream was also available to scoop, which we took down to the beach each evening!
The room was great, 3rd floor, having a garden view and was quiet. Music was heard in the evenings, but didn't bother us and it didn't go on too late. We also rarely heard people heading back to their rooms (which we worried about being close to the lifts). Air-con in the room was great!
The beach and pool were lovely. The pool had shallow and deep areas.
Beach was quite stoney.
Evening entertainment varied and occurred in two locations each evening.

Some additional costs to be mindful of...
Room safe €2 per day
Beach towel €3 per towel (if washed, another €3) - we brought our own
Water at evening meal was not complementary which was a shame and strange as they had free water at breakfast.

Drinks were a reasonable price for a resort. Cocktails ranged from €12 - €15. Coke €4.

2 Aldi sized supermarkets were a 5 minute drive up the road.
Gym was lacking and not great.

Overall the hotel was wonderful and well kept and all the staff were really friendly and attentive. English was well spoken amongst the team.
