Our stay was fine. The mattress, bedding and pillows need significant improvement. The rooms are spacious but lack in charm, particularly in comparison to the charm conveyed in the photos online. The plumbing was imperfect. The shower head required holding in place to prevent it from spraying all over the place. Well located and nice staff.

A Charming, "Old School" Stay
We were warmly greeted by the hotel owner, and showed up to our room, so lovely and thoughtfully decorated with vintage touches. The hotel is right on the main street in town, and our room had a gorgeous view of the mountains to the left, and the main street with the ocean in the background to the right. The couple that runs this B&B offers so much kindness and hospitality, I would reccommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the suite was very spacious with some nice period details. We had access to a coffee machine and the breakfast at a neighbouring cafe was good. All our communications with Pepe, Piero and his wife were fantastic, they were generous and timely, proving very helpful with their advice and recommendations, going above and beyond.

We stayed at Casa D'anna for 4 nights. The owners Mirella and Piero are great hosts. They are kind and very helpful. They know Castellammare del Golfo very well. They have great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathrooms are clean and work well. It's located in the heart of the town where all the action is. We were steps away from restaurants and the water front. It's also a great home base if you want to visit nearby towns like Scopello, Erice and San Vito Lo Capo. All in all we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. Met Peppe and his father, both great hosts and very nice people. Papa knows a LOT about the island and gives you a ton of goto places to satisfy your every interest (food, culture, sea, walking, history, you name it!)
