Hotel Vacation Venice in Mestre

I booked a four-night stay at this hotel, with no cancellations, but my stay was a nightmare. 1) Upon check-in, I wasn't assigned the room I'd originally booked. They only adjusted it back to my original reservation after I complained to Ctrip. 2) At 7:00 AM, I was startled awake by someone opening the door. Luckily, I was able to block the door with a chair. 3) Late at night, the upstairs guest returned late. The room wasn't soundproofed, and the sound of running water from the sewer pipes overhead was incredibly loud. I had to wait until everyone had washed up and gone to bed, and I couldn't get to bed until after 2 PM each night. 4) At 8:00 AM on our third night, water leaked from the ceiling onto the bed. I suspected it was a bathroom leak. I couldn't get through to the hotel, so I contacted Ctrip. 5) When I returned to the hotel at 8:30 PM, they hadn't even changed my wet sheets. I initially tried to be tolerant, but Ctrip and I both contacted the hotel front desk, and they said it was impossible because they didn't have a cleaner. The problem is, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, they didn't even change my wet sheets. How could such an irresponsible, shady place exist? 6) It was already 9:30 pm, and the front desk staff said they couldn't change the wet, soiled sheets. They told me to contact Ctrip and they would refund the money. After I contacted Ctrip to arrange my check-out, the front desk staff suddenly denied they could change the sheets. How could business be so dishonest? Terrified, I had to flee and check out that night. Furthermore, the hotel curtains were transparent, and the windows faced the street below, so women couldn't change in their rooms and had to use the bathroom. 7) I met two front desk staff who seemed to be Indian. The hotel is a small, few-room hostel, poorly managed, and their attitude was arrogant. They seemed to lack even the basic business sense.
