We had 2 fabulous nights in a Seaview room at this hotel. The location is fantastic on the waterfront. The hotel restaurant was delicious. The Skybar and view were extraordinary. The breakfast choices were enough with a mix of options. Don’t hesitate to stay but make sure you book car parking ahead of time.

Decent hotel. The area is amazing to walk around. Unfortunately both nights I stayed there I heard loud noises outside my windows all night long. Didn’t get much sleep. Second night may have been from the wind knocking things. But it was constant. Bathroom window doesn’t close either to block out noise. Breakfast was very minimal. No fresh fruit or veggies. Only had scrambled eggs for hot stuff. Just bread and more bread. But staff was very nice and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a bike tour. The hotel location, right on the water is spectacular. The rooms are a bit oldish and small but comfortable enough. Our room was on the side of the building, so street view and not much natural light. Breakfast is really nice and plentiful.

Hotel was in a convenient location - within walking distance to the main piers where you can book boat tours, beaches and local grocery store if you need to buy any essentials. Rooms were clean and had air conditioning. The ladies at the front desk were also lovely and helpful and provided recommendations when I was looking to book a boat tour - you can purchase a packed lunch from the hotel, hire a beach towel and borrow a beach umbrella for free. Breakfast had quite a few savoury and sweet options. And I recommend the Skybar, their rooftop bar for drinks and free snack buffet (from 6.30-8.30pm) in the evening - great views!

This hotel is nicely refurbished with clean and tidy rooms, aircon and all facilities that work etc. Add to that the excellent rooftop Skybar and staff that really can't do enough for you and I found this a great place to stay for 3 nights,

This is an excellent choice and their restaurant is outstanding. From the moment i arrived, everything was well explained, and all the staff was so helpful. The room was immaculate and had a lot of nice touches. Breakfast was the best i had in Italy. Of course, the view is great as is the location. Walking distance to everything, in between the two beaches. If i am ever back, I will be staying here.

I would not book there again. For breakfast you get very limited choices and they want you to pay for simple things like scrambled eggs 5€ extra. Every other hotel gives you those things for free. Makes you feel like they squeeze money out of the guests allthough the price for one night is not cheap at all. On top of that, the rooms are so noisy that you can barely sleep. Never ever again!

No Customer Service
The customer service is extremely bad. I had to ask 3 times the staff to fix the safe box. The waiter who was supposed to help me, told me to shut up and to go in my room and to wait. Very disrespectful, she didn’t even speak English, and treated me inappropriate, offending me in Italian. I wanted to talk to the manager of the hotel to make an official complain about her disrespectful attitude and no customer service skills. She claimed to be the manager of the hotel and refused to apologise. On the top of that, another old women who worked as waiter told me bad words in Italian, I asked her for some respect as I am the client and I am paying for a service that is not delivered. Again, disrespect and no customer service attitude. I had to tell them that I am calling the police if they do not come to reset the safe box….Otherwise they would have continued to ignore me completely!
Another bad issue is the ‘private parking’. We rented a car and the parking was supposed to be secure. Unfortunately, somebody tried the lock of the car, but didn’t manage to open it. We had full insurance, and we didn’t have to pay for the damage of the car. I do not recommend the hotel, I am very disappointed and it is a 4 star hotel. It is the first time I had been insulted in a 4 star hotel by the waiter who claimed to be manager of the hotel. The service is very bad, no customer service skills, very disrespectful attitude from the staff, and no chance to talk to the manager of the hotel for making an official complain!!! The waiter who insulted me pretended to be the manager of the hotel….It really disturbed my holiday and annoyed me with a disgusting attitude from the hotel staff…

Hotel and restaurant by the sea. We did not stay overnight or had dinner, but only had breakfast for the outdoor tables overlooking the sea. Typical Italian breakfast at a good price: cafeteria, croissants and fresh fruit on request. Payment is cash only.

Used to eat here many times over the last 10 or more years. The menu was via an app! The service was slow, overall very disappointing, however the pizza was nice when it eventually came! We won’t be going back, which is a shame as the location is stunning

We booked this hotel a few weeks before our trip and didnt have high expectations. I couldn't think of a better place to stay in town. We had one of the balcony rooms which was large, clean, great view of the main road (never got loud) and sea. Spent a couple hours each day just drinking wine on the balcony and people watching. Service was fantastic staff was very friendly. The location i would say is perfect for this small walkable town. Its right between the busy harbor and the big beach (with a small beach right across the street. Quiet yet easy walk into the center of town (10 minutes or less) or to the big beach outside of town. Also the food at the restaurant was very good and we got a discount for staying at the hotel. 10/10 couldnt think of anything I would want different!

We stayed at La Favorita Hotel in Cala Gonone for 3 nights. Overall, our stay was pleasant.
Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped for guests with reduced mobility, which meant that the bathroom sink and mirror were lower than standard—this was the only minor inconvenience for us. The mattress was very comfortable, and the room was generally quiet (not in early morning though).
We had booked our stay with breakfast included, and it was definitely worth it. There was a good variety each morning, including fresh fruits, tasty scrambled eggs, and other options. Paid parking is available just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient.
Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. We went there for dinner and ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for our food. I had pasta, and my husband ordered grilled fish. After 1.5 hours, the waiter acted surprised when he realized that my husband and I hadn’t been served yet. Other tables experienced the same delays, and we noticed that some guests who appeared to know the staff were served much faster.
When the food finally arrived, the fish was undercooked, and the pasta was average at best—overall, overpriced and not worth the hype.
One last note: the AC in the room didn’t work consistently. It would stop on its own, making the room either too cold or not cool enough.
Despite the restaurant experience, the hotel itself is well located and comfortable for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for easy access to the beach and local attractions.

The hotel is nice, for the price. It’s in front of the beach and easy to access.
However, there is no elevator and it’s quite a bit old. Our room had a door that would led to another room, we could see the light and hear their noise as they were in the room with us.
The breakfast is ok, with little variety and ok quality.
I don’t recommend the restaurant.
