Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort in Porto Cervo

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond always attentive, kind, and genuinely personable. A special thank you to Daniele, Luigi, and Tullio for their exceptional care and warmth you truly made our experience unforgettable. The local recommendations were incredibly helpful, and the sweet treat left in our room was such a thoughtful and remarkable touch. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

The hotel is incredible, the location is amazing, and to top it all off the staff are wonderful people.

The value for your money is incredible here. Free valet parking, free breakfast, free boat ride to a private beach, the list goes on.

The only thing that isn’t that great is the drink prices by the pool and at the bars 32€ for a cocktail is a bit absurd.

The rooms are nice and have everything you could need. Very clean and well appointed.

The concierge, Alessandro, was incredibly helpful and gave us great Restauraunt recommendations. He was super kind and very passionate which helped us find our favourite dinners of our trip.

Roberto the valet was also amazing. He helped us with all of our bags, always had a smile and was always very on top of grabbing the car for us. He was awesome.

The beach has a bit of a rocky area in the water, but it has free chairs and umbrellas along with towels. The pool area is similar. The staff are all amazing.

Overall amazing we will be back for sure.

This hotel was incredible! Everything from the location to the ameneties to the staff was superb. Everyone there was super welcoming and helpful. The views are gorgeous, the hotel and rooms and beautiful and spacious. A nice little perk was that the hotel has a private beach and they take you by boat there. It was a wonderful stay.

This hotel was so cute and so conveniently located! We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. If you plan to drive around to see some of the beautiful beaches then yes I would recommend one but there are also tons of taxi’s up front and we booked a boat to take us to see the beaches instead. The hotel is located centrally in Porto Cervo so if you’re just looking to drive to dinners, shopping, etc then there is no need. Anytime we needed something for our room they brought it very quickly. Antoinetta (I think this was her name sorry I just glanced at her name tag quickly) was the biggest help at breakfast as my friend has a severe nut allergy and she understood how serious it was and made my friend feel so comfortable eating there as she was constantly communicating with the chef and the other wait staff. She also understood the difference between things that contain nuts and things that may contain (meaning they don’t contain nuts but are made in the same facility as some nut products) and she communicated all this to us to ensure my friend felt completely safe and comfortable. The hotel itself could use a few aesthetic updates like the runner in the hallways, etc but overall it’s so unique looking and clean. The hotel restaurants were steep pricing even for Porto Cervo coming from two foodies who eat at incredible restaurants all over the world. The sushi restaurant is cute but we got more food for cheaper at Zuma which seemed crazy? Overall the hotel was great!

Beautiful views, amazing shops, rooms inconsistent making it awkward for couples traveling together.

it truly deserves more than 5 stars.
From the staff, to the accommodation, to the cleanliness everything was excellent!
Breakfast was varied with a menu, and they even prepare what you want even if it’s not listed.
The location is perfect, and the transportation facilities are very convenient.
I feel lucky to have stayed in such a hotel, it really made my trip more special.
The restaurant offers great choices, and the beach service was excellent , even though they provide transfers to private even though it’s accessed by shuttle, everything was still perfectly available.

Absolutely amazing stay at Cervo Hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Porto Cervo, with everything just steps away, from the marina to restaurants and shops. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of charm.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The concierge team went above and beyond—super helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. Service overall was simply fabulous.

A truly fantastic experience that made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!
