Hotel Clelia in Ustica

A lovely hotel in the center of Ustica. The kindness and attentiveness of the hosts are a real plus. The drinking water dispenser is a plus. The tarts for breakfast were excellent, and all the other food was well-presented. Highly recommended.

I went with friends from a Facebook site that is interested in baseball. The old sports garment was revitalized and a tournament was also organised. I found a positive atmosphere with great kindness and desire to please the customer. Really friendly and helpful staff. Recommended without conditions.

I was supposed to stay for just one day but then I felt so good that I extended for another day. Rossella, Clelia and Cinzia are fantastic, always available. This is a hotel right in the center of town. Comfortable, functional and quiet rooms. It is an eco friendly structure as plastic is banned. Guests are given the opportunity to fill their water bottles for free at any time of the day or night. The property also offers a transfer service to and from the ship or hydrofoil. Rossella at the reception is always ready to satisfy guests' needs. It almost feels like being with family or old friends. It is certainly an experience worth repeating. Thank you

What a great little hotel in a lovely place! It is clean and large enough to be professionally run and managed, yet small enough to feel like a family fun place. It is located just off the town square in a quiet side street and is about 5-10 minutes walk down the hill to the harbour front and the ferry. The hill from the ferry harbour up to the town and the hotel is quite steep but the hotel laid on a car to take us and our bags up and down at the start and end of our stay. My friend and I stayed there recently for a scuba diving trip on the island and the owners Fabio and Rosselita gave us a lovely welcome, and our twin room was comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the quiet street. We had to get up early each day to catch our dive boat so the lovely breakfast we had each morning was very welcome, and the smart breakfast room overlooking the town and the Mediterranean sea was clean and tidy. And being Italy the breakfast coffee is amazing!

I spend two nights here during my stay in the island, and I really appreciated the way of this place is managed : clean, calm, good amenities and the staff was really nice and accomodating, on every things.
Really good position on the center and the breakfast was really good with plenty of homemade food.
You can go without a doubt !

The hotel is very comfortable. The staff is very kind and welcoming. It's placed in the midst of beautiful typical streets. The rooms are nice and have all you need. The only downside is the lack of the seascape, except for the breakfast terrace.

Loved it here.Ticked all the right boxes. Taxi service to and from port. Great breakfast and the opportunity to shower before you catch the aliscafo back to Palermo.

Nice place and nice staff. Well located. You can rent a bike or a scooter nearby

Excellent hospitality! They met me at the ferry to drive me to the hotel with my bags (the distance is short but very steep). They were also kind enough to give me back my room to shower and rest in after a day of scuba diving. Such a lovely place to stay. The only con was that my room was very warm, even with the AC on.
