A very lovely traditional hotel. The rooms are recently renovated and the housekeeping service is exemplary. We arrived at the start of the season so naturally one or two issues as the owners make the hotel ready

The hotel is within 5min walking distance to the beach + the bus going to the city (but also train station) stops right next to it, so the location is ideal as you really can make the best of both places (the Marina and the city of Vasto)

Not much near to the sea but anyway good location, the food is spectacular, natural and healthy, big portions and the waitresses are so kind and helpful. The hotel is also very clean.

We highly recommend you come for a comfortable, affordable and welcoming vacation. Vasto in itself is a very beautiful destination and should you wish to visit the historic centres the staff will help and guide you

Contrary to some reviews, we have no complaints about the breakfast. Everyone in our group could easily find something for themselves

The hotel is cozy and in a good location, both for walks to the beach (100 meters) and for mountain trips (close to the highway). The rooms are well-equipped, clean and with good cosmetics

Beach is near, restaurants also. Parking inside hotel area cost extra 10eu per night (but not so much space, I think you should reserve at the summer season if you want to get in)

This is a perfect location for disconnecting from everyday things. We are already on our second vacation in this wonderful hotel. A quiet hotel with good taste, with wonderful people who make you feel welcome

Gentile in a corneal and it was a great experience and I definitely will go back next year for another two weeks there. the food served at lunch and dinner was homemade an excellent including me to seafood

We had a wonderful time at this small hotel in Pineto just a five minute walk to the beach and the hotel is fantastic and very reasonable and it includes two meals a day breakfast and or lunch and dinner

In our previous stays we had interior rooms facing away from the tracks and facing the alley and both of those rooms were easier to sleep. We appreciate the use of the bikes and the ability to purchase use of the Lido

A 2-minute walk from the private beach, very quiet and with plenty of space, and a wonderful sea! 5 minutes from the center and in a quiet location (the sound of trains passing 10 meters away lasts 5-10 seconds), overlooking a large green space

The location is a strong point: facing the sea, 3 minutes and you're on the (private) beach with well-spaced umbrellas. The property isn't new but it offers every comfort, cleanliness, and friendliness/helpfulness

Covered parking is available, but there are limited spaces. The hotel is located just steps from the sea, and if you're lucky enough to have a sea-facing room, the view is unparalleled!

You had to walk in heat for a couple of minutes to get to the next beach where there was a place with beer, sodas, icecream and sandwiches. The water is really shallow, perfect for little kids

The mid-August lunch was described to me as "a feast" due to the abundance and quality of the food served! Raw fish galore! And the Abruzzo evening with music and arrosticini was a real treat! Highly recommended and definitely worth considering for a future holiday!

Their portions are huge in breakfast and choices are rich. All stuffs are very polite and they do their best to make you comfortable. Also they provide bicycle for free to travel around which is very good

Great location right on three boardwalk, with its own beach space including shades and sunbeds. Rooms are roomy and tastefully decorated, there are games for kids in the reception and there is on-site parking

On a New Year's Eve package, I discovered this hotel, well-located and with a private beach, and the skill of the manager, Angelo, who managed to ensure we spent three days happily

The location is central, near the sea and pets are also welcome. The interior is a little dated, but the rooms are clean and that's what matters

A fantastic a hidden gem, the service was very good, nice pool & great location with the beach 2 minutes walk away.

There is a great little bar on site and the hotel offers a dinner menu nightly. Sit on the porch and enjoy ocean breezes and a spritz or walk down to their reserved beach area. We would highly recommend this property

each is absolutely nice (the hotel has its own beach) - very clean, first 15 - 20 meters pretty shallow, good for kids and then the water became deeper which is perfect for adult swimming

Couple of suggestions, the cooktop only works with specific induction pans, but only 2 worked for us out of 5 available

I personally enjoy walking and am familiar with the area (I spent many summers here as a teen) and this was not a problem. The beach resort area has a lovely restaurant that is affordable

You can rent a "Palma" or umbrella from Marco directly to use while at the beach. Bring your own towel from home. The location of the beach area however is a good 30-35 minute walk

Marco was wonderful to communicate with. The location of the B&B is close to the historic centre and about a 25 minute walk to the beach or to the main shopping area of pescara

The hours are I believe 10:30-3:30 and they do not open evenings except Thursday to Saturday. I enjoyed the beach during their opening times and did not stay over a weekend

I brought my small dog and he too appreciated the cool pine forest near the beach and the pampering he received from the owners of the hotel and from the other guests. I enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone

Good Stay Overall Excellent staff that were very friendly and helped to direct us to some wonderful activities and meals. It was a very basic room and bed wasn't that comfortable is our only gripe

The on-site bike rental service is excellent for those who want to pedal along the seafront. It's just a short walk from the center of Giulianova, the sea, and the train station

The special detail, however, is the staff: faced with our very personal need for a less hard mattress, they immediately took steps to change the mattress with a softer one and to purchase and apply a topper in record time

the staff are super friendly! the breakfast is very nice, and the beach is perfect! we will definitely come back! 1 minus point is we love Crema Caffè and this is not yet available in the beach bar, otherwise the beach bar is perfect!

Stumbling distance to the beach. Great air conditioning, little balcony and big bathroom with a shower with awesome water pressure. Slept for 12 hours here so missed breakfast. Professional staff and quick check-in

After a long search, given that in that area adjacent to the seafront it was impossible to find another place, we had to beg them to be able to put it back in their parking lot even paying extra if necessary (which in the end they did not ask us)

The beach offers a lunch service made up of very small courses and with little care, which I do not recommend

I enjoyed my stay and the Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are well appointed and the staff professional. One thing to be aware of is that you cannot get to the lobby by car or transport

The staff was friendly, the decor was in great taste and the breakfast was really good (we could have used some bacon and more variety of eggs instead of just boiled, though)

They would benefit by having a hand rail to assist with states going into it as stairs are uneven and not well lit. If staff is available they can help if not busy

The breakfast was in the main traditional Italian with fresh juice & coffee. Toast, fresh Ham, cheese & spreads were available as was cereal. The shower was a large walk in shower with good water pressure
