Good cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, and even though ours faced the toll booth, we didn't hear any noise. Breakfast was good, with staff personally serving drinks to your table

We will definitely be back and it will not be just for a short stop: since the hotel is in a good central position to be able to visit different places, we will certainly stay there for several days

I brought my small dog and he too appreciated the cool pine forest near the beach and the pampering he received from the owners of the hotel and from the other guests. I enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone

Good Stay Overall Excellent staff that were very friendly and helped to direct us to some wonderful activities and meals. It was a very basic room and bed wasn't that comfortable is our only gripe

After a long search, given that in that area adjacent to the seafront it was impossible to find another place, we had to beg them to be able to put it back in their parking lot even paying extra if necessary (which in the end they did not ask us)

the staff are super friendly! the breakfast is very nice, and the beach is perfect! we will definitely come back! 1 minus point is we love Crema Caffè and this is not yet available in the beach bar, otherwise the beach bar is perfect!

Stumbling distance to the beach. Great air conditioning, little balcony and big bathroom with a shower with awesome water pressure. Slept for 12 hours here so missed breakfast. Professional staff and quick check-in

It’s very good hotel, only issue is that last floor is too warm and air conditioning from another rooms are directly at your window so it gets loud, everything else was perfect, friendly people, good breakfast

The location was beautiful, facing the sea, and the room was clean, but the noise from the hallway and the view of the train tracks didn't let us sleep as well as we'd hoped

Great seaside motel. Family run, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was only open on weekends during our stay but Mama's pasta was sure amazing! There are lots of good dining options close by as well.

Excellent option if you need to stop going from the north of Italy to the south. The hotel is run by an Argentinean family and their “asado” is great. They really make you feel at home

The Argentinian restaurant at this hotel is excellent. They have much longer opening times then the other restaurants nearby so you can get a late lunch at say 3pm

The views are second to none, in the morning and evening to share breakfast and dinner on the terrace. 180 degree views from mountains and Adriatic Sea

All would be ok just feeling that assigned delegate doesn't care makes it bad. Location as such is actually nice if you don't mind noice from trains (not so frequent)

Had a fabulous 7 nights here, for the Montesilvano Futsal Cup. Heres a list of Pros & Cons if youre looking to stay here. There was a mad rush at meal times for the buffet, it felt like pandemonium in there at times

The beach huts/umbrellas were a little close together and it could use run way to the sea as the sand is very hot. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, not even the choice to rent one

There is a view of the ocean from the room's balcony. There is also a wonderful patio and a crow's nest lookout. The internet is outstanding and there is secure parking right next to the building

I enjoyed my stay and the Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are well appointed and the staff professional. One thing to be aware of is that you cannot get to the lobby by car or transport

The staff was friendly, the decor was in great taste and the breakfast was really good (we could have used some bacon and more variety of eggs instead of just boiled, though)

They would benefit by having a hand rail to assist with states going into it as stairs are uneven and not well lit. If staff is available they can help if not busy
