Hotel La Rouja in Champoluc

The hotel looks amazing, and walking distance from the ski lift. You given a spot by the lift to put your skis. We had a family of 4 and stayed from Dec 26th till Jan 3rd at the family suite. It was big enough for family of 4. The Spa was amazing, outdoor pool was great. The breakfast was great, as well as dinner for half board. They had amazing wine selection from 25 euro and up. All those were great for 4 star hotel but what set this place apart from any other hotel I have ever been was the customer service. If I want to thank everyone who were great I must put everyone name but from the Owner and every person who worked there the customer service was above 5 star hotel. I had a car problem which was absolutely nightmare with Hertz but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I get all I need. The customer service was personal, and I want to thanks them again. Will be back again definitely.

A perfect hotel in every way. The food is near gourmet, the staff is attentive and very professional, and they all make an effort to speak your language. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with lovely decor. I highly recommend this establishment.

The hotel is very busy and quiet, and overall very clean. However, I noticed that the room we were assigned was lacking amenities, especially in the bathroom (there was no shelf or place to put toiletries; there were three of us, and there was very little space for toothpaste and toothbrushes). There were no towel racks, just a large closet and a towel warmer at the bathroom entrance, which were inconvenient for holding towels, for example. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, with a fairly varied buffet. The tavern with a bar and various board games was very beautiful and quaint. The spa was excellent, and the heated pool was very useful.

A week in this hotel, very good, everything was perfect. Spacious, quiet, and very clean room, nothing to complain about. Great value for money, everyone was really friendly, good food and breakfast, the outdoor pool is the highlight, very pleasant. We will definitely be back.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times, and every year it provides us with pleasant surprises: the welcome, the comfort, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel, the excellent breakfasts and dinners. The staff is friendly and efficient. Add to all this the strategic location (quiet yet very close to the center) and the beauty of the warm, wood-clad interiors, with attention to detail. A beautiful, welcoming, and well-maintained property in an excellent location. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the outdoor areas include a heated pool. The staff is attentive, professional, and very friendly. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, and for dinner, the restaurant offers a good selection of carefully prepared traditional dishes.

We stayed two nights in this hotel in Champoluc, rooms with a view of Monte Rosa, the shower was not very practical as we were in the attic, unfortunately it was the last room left, we had half board, excellent dishes, there was a vegetable buffet to start, a small appetizer, first course, second course and dessert, all excellent, I hope to return, highly recommended, a special thanks to the lady at reception who gave us excellent suggestions for some walks

We stayed at this beautiful small-scale hotel with our two children during Christmas. The service was very personal and excellent. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive. Our room was cozy and spacious enough for our family, with a nice separate area for the children. After skiing, we enjoyed the heated pool every day. The free storage for our skis at the ski lift was perfect. We had a great time! Top-notch!
