Awesomely quirky - the hotel has been converted from an old leather tanning factory, without losing it's character. still with loads of original rooms and workshops, all the floors are carefully and tastefully laid as not to ruin the original look

Very good stay, historic building very well restructured, public spaces are like a modern museum.
Room very nice and with amenities , that usually you don't find in Italian's hotel of the same level.
Staff very kind and helpful for any request. Position very good for visit and drive around Salento, because just in the center of it.
Breakfast too, very good with local products.

Great rooms, comfortable mattress, quiet area, beautiful design. Close enough to some of the best beaches in the world.

Absoute gem in Puglia. Great value for money, rooms are elegant yet authentic and belong to the local museum. Staff was also very friendly and welcoming!! Would definitely recommend.
