Patria Palace In Hotel in Lecce

This hotel was wonderful. From the moment you walk through the doors you are made to feel at home. In our case by Emmanuela settled us in. Every member of staff gave superb, friendly, smiling service. Even the best hotels in Asia would struggle to match this. If I could give six stars to the team I would. The hotel itself is in a perfect central location and you get the fun of driving through the restricted ZTL if you arrive by car. Breakfast was generous with all the options you would expect from a high class hotel. Music was played by a real musician on harp or violin during breakfast which was a lovely touch. The rooftop bar was a delight but you need to book. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and if we get a chance we will return.

We were only there for two days, but Matteo, one of the managers, made our stay amazing and truly exceptional!! Everyone was genuinely friendly and polite. The food and drinks were 5-star as well as the customer service We really liked the location as it was central to all of our activities and we are looking forward to returning.

A beautiful hotel with delicious breakfast in a wonderful setting - staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient.
Be sure to make a reservation for the rooftop bar even if staying at the hotel - we were advised it wasn’t necessary and were disappointed to find no tables available. The next night we made a reservation and waited 40 minutes for a bottle of water and two cocktails. Other than this experience the hotel and staff were fantastic!

A fantastic hotel, where everyone looks after you from the moment you arrive to your departure. Breakfast is a lovely selection too. An exceptional hotel, would love to stay here again and would recommend for a little bit of luxury in the centre of Lecce. Thank you all so much for a fabulous stay.

Just exuding class everywhere. Lovely & very accommodating staff. Beautifully & tastefully anointed rooms & common areas. Breakfast really enjoyable

Excellent location and service overall.

However, there was some mold in the bathroom which is not acceptable in this type of establishment and it took almost 1h to get my car when I left with the young valet giving me attitude - not what I expect in this type of place.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The location for touring Lecce is unbelievable and the professionalism of the staff is excellent. Great few days, lovely food, and the trips to the beach via private transfer made the stay for us 1 the only place to stay in Lecce .

From the moment I stepped into the lobby of Patria Palace in Lecce, I knew I was in for something special. Every detail of my stay was exceptional—from the elegant atmosphere to my spacious and comfortable room.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every team member was friendly, courteous, and genuinely accommodating. They go above and beyond to make you feel less like a guest and more like a part of their extended family.

A special shout-out to Alessia: as I was driving into Lecce, my GPS kept rerouting me through pedestrian-only streets. I called the hotel in frustration, and Alessia patiently stayed on the phone with me, figured out exactly where I was, and guided me step by step until I arrived safely at the front door. That level of personalized service is rare and greatly appreciated.

Lastly, I can't forget to mention the rooftop bar—a perfect spot to wind down in the evening with an aperitivo while enjoying the views of this beautiful city.

I can’t recommend Patria Palace highly enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience I’ll never forget.
