Overall, our stay was quite disappointing. I stayed here for one week with my best friend.

We had booked half board but only made use of the breakfast option. We were aware that Italian breakfasts differ from what we are used to, but the quality here was far below expectations: very limited choice, no fresh fruit or vegetables, and overall poor quality.

The rooms were acceptable, though the shower was extremely small and uncomfortable. In addition, the air conditioning kept switching on by itself, which was disturbing and eventually even affected my health.

The beach, however, was beautiful and very pleasant – definitely a highlight. The bar was mixed: while one staff member was friendly and professional, the others often seemed unmotivated and unfriendly, giving the impression that guests were a burden. On top of that, my friend was approached in an inappropriate manner by one of the bartenders, which made us leave immediately.

Overall, we felt that the hotel is more oriented towards Italian guests, and international visitors may feel less welcome.

The absolute highlight of our stay was the shuttle driver, Domenico. He was always friendly, helpful, and brought a lot of positivity to our trip. Despite the language barrier, we shared many laughs, and he truly deserves special recognition for his outstanding dedication and attitude.

Conclusion:
Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and we would not return. The only real positive aspect of our stay was Domenico, whose professionalism and friendliness stood out.

I honestly don't even know where to start. The shower was so tiny that if you're even slightly bigger, you can't fit in at all - completely unacceptable. The guys working at the bar were slow, arrogant, and to top it off, they made fun of me in Italian - seriously disrespectful.
Breakfast was an absolute joke. There was basically nothing to eat except dry bread, one type of ham, and one type of cheese. For something advertised as a hotel breakfast, that's pathetic.
At the beach, loud music was blasting the entire time, so forget about relaxing. The shuttle to Gallipoli costs €10 per person round trip - for just a 17-minute ride.
The blanket was laughable - as thin as air. On top of that, the air conditioning was faulty, turning on by itself all the time, and I ended up getting sick during the holiday because of it.
To make matters worse, I was disgustingly harassed by an older guy at the bar. Completely unacceptable behavior in any hotel that claims to care about guest experience.
The only positive thing about this entire shitty trip was the shuttle driver, Domenio. He was friendly, reliable, and honestly the only bright spot in this disaster.

The hotel's location, the beauty of the sea, and the convenience of the beach would make it a special place. Instead, it was an uncomfortable holiday. The management of the property is very poor, and there is very little attention to the guest. The rooms have very narrow single beds, the wardrobe is not equipped with hangers for clothes, the hairdryer is old and malfunctioning, and we had to deal with the in-room refrigerator and the toilet not even working. They were repaired only after 7 days (we stayed 10), only after sending an email to the management, and no one apologized for the inconvenience. The food was also poorly cared for, especially the lunch meal. The pizzeria and sandwich area on the beach was decidedly subpar. The beach, very comfortable, would be magnificent if the umbrellas and loungers were a little more spaced out. The sea is magnificent—they haven't managed to ruin it yet!

Very old rooms where things just don't appear to work. The fridge doesn't cool things, the air conditioning can't be changed, the WC is the size of a camper van one and this room is for 3 persons... Last but not least (at all), my son's bed was filled with sand on the first night, the day we arrived. What would be the meaning of this??? Very very poor cleaning...
The breakfast is pleasant for being outside under the trees, as for the offer, quality and variety of products, is the cheapest you'll find... We're in the south of Italy and there's absolutely no fruit for breakfast!
Another critic is for the organization. It's a resort, but you have to pay extra for everything, kayaks, padel, windsurf, a.s.o...
No value for money at this hotel. Any masseria nearby is far better than this.
To finish my review, just some words on the pets friendlyness. I have absolutely nothing against pets. I even own two pets. But if the hotel wants to be pet friendly, must have special conditions for that. There are dogs everywhere here. Yesterday there was pee on the floor by the elevators and nobody cleaned it. This morning a dog a evacuated the "nr. 2" in front of us while we were going for breakfast and the owner picked up the result. When we were comming back from breakfast there were still remains on the ground of dog pooh. What if a little child falls down there their hands on that mess?
I really can't recommend this hotel to anyone with higher standards than this...

Great beach, small rooms, poor breakfast, terrible internet, 10AM checkout.

We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season.
The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either.
They are keeping their property available in ******* while they were not open for the season just to move the guest in the other hotels in the city. We checked out second day with no refund so far.

I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest
No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better.
I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel.
