It’s on the outskirts of Gallipoli so you need a car but it was an easy drive to the historic area. The hotel has large grounds and is lovely and quiet. The staff were wonderful So friendly and helpful - Thankyou

We stayed in this fabulous farmhouse for a week and we were lucky enough to be able to savor every morning for breakfast and every evening for dinner the flavors of Puglia meticulously prepared by the Chef, an exquisite person of great value! The food at the restaurant II Trappeto was sensational and I would highly recommend dining there. Extra pillows and blanket in the room if required and Aircon to keep the room a comfortable temperature

Well served and excellent location, value for money, excellent! The front beach is not the best but 10 minutes by car you find yourself in a paradise !!! We got along very well with the staff and the half board service! The only flaw was the room a bit small but definitely for the next time we will ask for a bigger one !!!

While the overall experience was okay, - with a view to the comparably rather high room rates - there were a few Disappointments which led to my reduced rating: - fresh towels provided only every three days (even if dirty from the beach) - loud music at the pool all day and at some nights - most of the staff speaks no English at all, did not understand common tourist words like towel or orange juice

Beach is very close, and plenty of places around to have a nice dinner

The hotel has no access to the Beach but is placed 200 meters away from the Beach, so the picture should be removed, because it gave us false expectations if you think you have sea view and access from the hotel

We drove to a nearby secure lot and they shuttled us back to the hotel. The shuttle picked us up the next day and took us to the lot where our car was. It was a wonderful spread of breakfast goodies

The Hotel is Ok. Theres no access to the beach. The buffet isn't like it should be in a 4 stars hotel. There's a great swimming pool. The rooms are tidy but a bit old.

The beach is across the road from the hotel and has a private section for guests which you pay extra for out of Season it’s £15 euros per day for 2 and in the high season it’s £30 euros per day for 2 so very expensive and we were lucky indeed that we had loverly hot weather the water was calm and clear turquoise blue just beautiful against the white sand of the beach

The non private beach had a lot of the locals and so I can onl6 imagine how packed it is in the summer. There is a tavola Calda restaurant on the beach connected to Le Dune with great snack and lovely Pizza

I would say you need to get used to Italian staff attitudes and take them with a pinch of salt, they are very laid back in their approach to customer service so don’t expect service that you may get in Dubai for similar cost

The rooms are very modern and stylish compared to most Italian hotels this is one of the best. We had half board which was nice the breakfast was good but not really replenished or thought about properly

Within a reasonable walking distance to the town centre and the restaurants/bars/shopping/sights there. The whole hotel team went to great lengths to look after us and no ask was too much

They only served water or wine which we don’t drink so it would have been nice to be offered alternative soft drinks. There is onsite underground parking which is very convenient

We had the most wonderful time at Hotel Il Castellino Relais. It was our second visit to the hotel. Highly recommend this room as it has a private terrace with sunbeds, lounge chairs and coffee table

Several nice beachside restaurants are within walking distance, and we particularly enjoyed the Lido and Restaurant San Lorenzo, nestled in a charming little cove just around the corner

I think this is the perfect place for all the family, a really good mini club which interact with all the kids, a gorgeous young club with the best animator I 've ever seen in my all life and all the accomodations to relax and enjoy your time here

Anyway there are also some flaws especially in the areas where we say they are left to their own swimming pool dated but always thanks to the extraordinary help of the staff ( lifeguards) in this case, clean and wonderful night
