Hotel is located in very nice place. There is a swimming pool, as well access to the beach with umbrellas included to the price

The location was very good, the beach was excellent, the pool bar especially the staff was perfect (we were there every night). Overall it was a very pleasant experience for us

But be aware of the mosquitos, i had tangerine sized bites. The pharmacist gave me antibiotics cream and it only passed after that

Also people at the reception and in the restaurant are really profesional, simpatic and very helpful

Definitely a reference structure and to be recommended to everyone for a holiday in the wonderful land of Puglia and Gargano

Lovely place, wonderful refit to the junior suites. Food not ideal, or service, but ok. Roma alone makes this great.

I spent a week at Thico’s in Castellaneta Marina, booking three rooms for a family reunion. The property is very well maintained and clean, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian coast

Room bookings included one beach umbrella and two loungers per room on a well-kept and lively beach. The rooms were spacious and clean

Also, bathroom amenities like a shower cap, toothbrush, or beauty kit were not provided

Although there were a few small issues, I was overall very happy with my stay at Thico’s. What truly made the difference was the amazing staff—from the restaurant team, to the housekeeping ladies, and the animation crew

Service at the restaurant is wonderful and the team at the bar- Giovanni and the other young male, Serena and Serena, Giulia, i forgot to look at the name tags of everyone

Also the lady at the beach bar truly loves her job ;) thank you, we shall return

Nice location (in the nature), big area including the rooms, all clean, super nice staff- always friendly and supportive, great buffet food- changes and is so fresh! , nice area also at the sea-side with boats for free Sport activities and entertainment could be enjoyed at the neighnour resort (Bluserena Valentino Resort) - we took a lot advantage of tennis with the smart, young, experienced and friendly...

They have a very big and secure car park so plenty of parking space. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic; great choice of everything - fruits, bread, cakes, eggs, ham, etc

We landed late and needed a place to stay. Clean rooms a little older but well taken care of. Good location from the airport and reasonably priced , 99. Breakfast was included and had a great selection

My room was very old, so that was the only downside of my stay. There was no water at 4am, and I had to call reception to ask if they could help as I needed to use the shower before departing

I've stayed at this hotel for a night and I need to say the customer service was really nice. Hotel staff arranged airport transfer one way for me free of charge which was a great touch

Great place for older kids to have fun. It is a closed in are, so kids can rome freely without there parents worrying.

The place has the best water sports in the gargano in provincia di foggia italia...

I love Pugnochiuso is very exciting and fantastic, is a nice place for family holidays. The entire environment is very neat, good food, excellent entertainment and cheerful staffs.

Nice but rather simple hotel within the resort. No dinner, bar or service during the day, but availble within the resort. But the resort in general is great. We were probably the only non-Italiens on the place

All our needs have been satisfied: individual time and transfer to the beach, the table registered for each dinner outside, shifting the time of the dinner to the latest slot because we were returning late when the kitchen was about to close, very quick service and always polite

All staff were very helpful sometimes going beyond what was expected. Beach is well served and well serviced and transport to the beach is frequent

The beach is amazing with clear water and fine sand. The food was also incredible with a great variety and high quality

The grounds are beautiful, it looks great, rooms are spacious, there are 2 pools, good restaurant and access to the beach But the shower pressure is really bad, the bathroom door opens into the bathroom taking half the space, lighting inside the rooms is ineffective, the bedding is so so, there are no mosquito nets on the large balcony doors, there is a large mirror but right by the bed so you can...

We were almost put off staying here due to seeing some of the bad reviews. I would recommend to ignore them, we had an amazing time! We had a few massages in the spa which were some of the best we have had

Lovely clean luxury hotel and spa. Food was excellent, our party of 5 two had allergies two had dairy/ gluten intolerance restaurant lady manager saw to it that we had best dining experience every meal

Breakfast was extensive and everything you want. Ate one night at restaurant and unfortunately we were still too full from lunch. The kitchen happily made us minestrone soup that was delicious and perfect

We had a great time at Bougainvillea with virtuous pianist Mino. My family and I went for drinks at the bar and little did we know we ended up singing along with him

I also liked how the resort adds a discretionary 5 percent tip off of room rate at end of stay. I loved this as you didn’t have to worry about tipping staff and felt that everyone got equally taken care of

He made me feel like we played together for the longest time!  After a while he welcomed some new guests that arrived and we sang in English for them

At the suggestion of our friends, we decided to visit the Masseria and spend an evening there. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and filled with a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere

No welcome drink at check in, the welcome tour was 60 seconds of pointing and then straight to our room (rather than taking the time to show us around), the breakfast was very mediocre with no a la carte option (unless you pay) and the service at the poolside and beach club was terrible … we had to seek out staff to ask for a drink rather than the other way round

Stunning Masseria … sub par service The masseria itself is breath taking. The location is secluded, is surrounded by acres of working farmland and the farmhouse itself is picture perfect

The rooms are spacious … but the furniture is a little dates. The poolside amenities are stunning. However, for ~€1000/night the service was a little disappointing

Nicely located, cozy hotel, not too big, on a beautiful resort. Sun lovers can choose between the beach 50 meters away and a large swimming pool, see photos. I stayed for a week on a bed and breakfast basis

The hotel is located about 5 km from the center, which you can walk if you wish - first 500m along a road, the rest along the beach boulevard with many beach bars

Really nice staff at reception. Beach beautiful, and hotel in beautiful spot. No restaurants, bars or options within walking distance, so you have to eat at the hotel if your not wanting to drive 10 minutes to Gallipoli

Loud music and lights on outside makes for a hard sleep. Not good with kids due to no other places nearby, a sit down 3 course meal at the hotel is a bit much to ask a 2yr old after a day at the beach

The breakfast was very poorish, only basic things, the area where the hotel served the breakfast could have been nice with a but messy. Only old-fashioned jazz was played all day in the pool area

They are so kind, welcoming and happy to see you each time you pass by. Each morning and afternoon we had such good meals with the best service from Oscar, who was always happy to see us and help us to learn Italian

Our massages and time in the steam room and sauna left us feeling rejuvenated and got us in the perfect mindset to begin our honeymoon. Lastly, we really enjoyed our time at the bar with the bartender, Massimo

We also enjoyed their private beach Tamerici, and the amazing restaurants Saleblu. We will surely come back here, and can classify this as one of the most relaxing and charming place my husband and I have been!

It all starts with the ladies at the reception desk - Alessandra, Cosmara, and Maria - who are so helpful with recommending day trips, restaurants in the area, and arranging anything you could need from spa treatments to wine tastings

He is a bartender I would love to have back in the USA! As with everyone else, he was so helpful to recommend things in the area as well as patient with us as we practiced our Italian language phrases

Book it! We had a fabulous time at hotel Il Melograno. The grounds are stunningly beautiful, whitewashed and dotted with ancient olive trees and other fruit trees. The staff is warm and welcoming

I stayed in this hotel for a week and I had a great time, the staff were very kind and the hotel was well equipped with all the comforts and a few steps from the sea and any other shop within walking distance, I highly recommend it, I was very happy

The hotel, a stone's throw from the sea, is welcoming, well-kept, the rooms clean and well-heated, the staff kind, professional and helpful, despite the understandable difficulties in managing numerous guests on such particular dates

Gorgeous resort off the beaten path- felt like a slice of heaven- room was modern, comfortable- stayed on the nonpremium side of resort, but was beautiful with elevator down to private beach with assigned chairs- sea was so lovely

Breakfast was generous and satisfying every single morning, with plenty of choices that set us up perfectly for the day. We’ve stayed at other so-called 5-star beach hotels, but this one has been by far the best

The property, beach and surroundings are as beautiful as the photos online, so we got what we came for in the sense that we got to relax and log some time on a gorgeous beach to unwind a bit towards the end of our vacation

The pool area is good and towels are available from the pool steward. If you don't hire a car there is a shuttle bus to Ostuni and there is information for trips from a good company called todomodo in the hotel

The pool and beach areas were good with lots of sunbeds , however the sandy beach was a portioned off area of a public beach and not very easy to access

Breakfest was just acceptable; most days no wifi; ants and mold in the room; beach is dirty, but we visited a bit offseason to be fair. Hotel is a bit dated overall.

Thé beach area is 500 meters from thé main building with sunbeds and sunumbrellas and a Beach bar where you can drink and eat. The 4 course dinner at choie is included in thé half pension

However the towels were very old and it lacked any water , coffee or tea after the first day as they were never replenished. Breakfast was very busy, lots of food choices

This is a nice looking hotel just a 15min walk to the centre and 2 mins to the beach

Because of the location the choices of restaurants nearby is a little bit limited but you can take a taxi for 5 euro per person in to town

This is a resort for Italian family's (we were the only English) the staff were fine but the 'entertainment' was way to loud as was the evening music

Hotel had some particular rules for example you can't swim in the pool without a cap (which you purchase from reception) buildings are a bit 1970's holiday camp and furniture is very basic Wouldn't return but we always make the best of where we are staying

For lunch we always ate very well at the beach restaurant (always gluten free). The hotel is located in front of the hotel, it is very comfortable, well maintained and clean

Great beach hotel near Porto Cesareo We had a wonderful stay at the end of May before the busy season picked up! Very friendly staff and nice facilities

The room is thoroughly cleaned daily, towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. The mattress is brand new and very comfortable. A hearty breakfast is served at the table, even gluten-free

The beach club immediately in front is excellent with a very nice restaurant and soft sand beach

Scenic location, countryside, 6km far from Gallipoli city. Modern rooms, friendly service, excellent pool area and sunbeds. Typical italian/ regional cusine, I liked it a lot

The pool was chilly, but worth it to be the only ones to enjoy it. We had a dog with us and this was one of the best places to stay with a pet. All in all with our family, this place was well worth the cost

The place is beautiful and well-maintained, with no mosquitoes or flies. The lobby staff is extremely kind and always available. Breakfast is plentiful, and there's also a gluten-free and vegan option

we stayed in May, right before their season began and it was perfect for us. We didn't have to deal with the tourist crowds, and we received the full attention of the hotel staff

They were extremely accommodating and made it a pleasant stay for us. The breakfast was nice, typical continental items; breads, deli meat, cheese, jams, and cereal

The staff whilst lovely, didn’t fully explain everything about the facilities to us, which was a bit of a shame, for example we didn’t access the gym or the spa which I only realised was there on the last day! Despite any of the little flaws, our stay here was really quite special

It’s close to the beach - so they tell us - we never made it - but not close to town. It’s a 200 year old building, so dont expect modern amenities

The staff however were just lovely and helpful, coming out to the pool regularly to see if we needed anything, the evening meal was fantastic with the chef coming to the table to explain each dish, which was a really nice touch

Our first impressions of the hotel was a little underwhelming; our room was quite basic, and not particularly spacious, and the decor seemed old fashioned and a bit sparse

We had a wonderful stay at Posia SPA and Retreat. The location is stunning, with beautiful sea views and a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable

Really good hotel as everything is high quality including the staff. Don’t bother with any boat trips as the one we had was not good value. They organised a wine tasting trip for us and that was fantastic

Definitely going back to the hotel though as San Foca is great and if you want to eat, drink and sleep well this hotel is for you. Forgot to mention that it’s really modern and very cool
