Located just off the main road but quiet, thanks to sound-proof windows, with a safe parking and good restaurant. Ideal for a stopover if visiting the nearby ancient greek Temple of Hera and the museums at Metaponto and Policoro.

The restaurant is very nice when they arrive at 8 pm all the employees wake up ... Until now there is a guy who assists the customers but who can do nothing only the keys to the room in case ... The room a bit worn and Vintage , comfortable. Nice breakfast area provided.

Well-maintained and well-arranged apartments, although the cleanliness from a female perspective isn't impeccable (one stained sheet, hair in the outside shower). Gorgeous pool, no entertainment. The beach is crowded like a council house. Except for sheets, towels, and dishes, bring your own.

New and well organized structure. Helpful staff. The swimming pool is really big and well cleaned. I recommend this structure to those who love silence and tranquility.

We did two nights, clean and new apartment. Very nice and large swimming pool. We didn't use the entertainment because we wanted to spend two days relaxing. We hope to be able to return next year and stay a few more days. The sea this morning was beautiful, clear and full of small fish.

Great lay over on my stay in Italy Hotel and golf course stay was great, very out of the way place but staff (Enzo) made it a great stay taking care of everything. we had a wonderful stay at Metaponte Golf & Country. the (tiger woods) room was spacious and lovely. the staff were friendly and so accommodating. we look forward to returning hopefully soon. the countryside is idyllic. we highly recommend for anyone who enjoys golf or looking for a quiet stay in the countryside.

Nice place, nice staff, but found the green fee rather expensive for the features and technicity of the (very flat) course (75 €)

I have been going to this Lugo since I was little. Before it was a little gem, now no longer, it offers maximum safety for families, a private beach and various services

Golf in Italy, longstay with self-catering. Play on two courses. One course, Riva Dei Tessali, forest - parkland course. Good layout, could have better putting. The other course, Metaponto. The holes go between red pepper, pomegranate and citrus trees. Tough layout with almost perfect greens. Parkland course. Don't pick the cactus fruits with your bare fingers! Lots to see in the surrounding area.

Best beach in Puglia with the best sea (blue flag 2017)

Compared to Borgo Pineto, it is wilder and more luxurious but some services such as paved roads and lights are missing. They have recently had sewage problems

There are not enough superlatives for this gem. From the location to the room but most of all the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. Everything is quality. We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel property was carefully taken care of, with a lot of heart. I had dinner here once and coffee a number of times. Dinner was by father the best I had in Bernalda. Atmosphere, decor and music was divine. And outside seating was my favourite in Bernalda for musing and people watching. Very clean, all the hotel. Rooms are nice but small. Every room has a balcony and at least partial sea view. I spent 1 night in this beautiful placebo andare my experience was great! The double bed was in perfect condition (nice and clean), the bathroom has the shower and wc. This is a large resort hotel with a great idea in mind. The grounds are beautiful, it looks great, rooms are spacious, there are 2 pools, good restaurant and access to the beach But the shower pressure is really bad, the bathroom door opens into the bathroom taking half the space, lighting inside the rooms is ineffective, the bedding is so so, there are no mosquito nets on the large balcony doors...

The hotel should be highly ranked for its comfort, attentive personnel and the restaurant, of course. All our needs have been satisfied: individual time and transfer to the beach, the table registered for each dinner outside, shifting the time of the dinner to the latest slot because we were returning late when the kitchen was about to close, very quick service and always polite.

Lovely clean luxury hotel and spa. Visited mid August. Food was excellent, our party of 5 two had allergies two had dairy/ gluten intolerance restaurant lady manager saw to it that we had best dining experience every meal. Spa was excellent. All staff were very helpful sometimes going beyond what was expected. Beach is well served and well serviced and transport to the beach is frequent.

Great luxurious hotel, lots of space inside an on the beach so it is not crowded at all even in July. Located inside a high end gated community with a private marina. Access to the beach is also limited and the beach is vast. The pool area is small and not recommended as it is no wind there so it gets very hot. Just take a free golf cart ride to the beach.

I stayed at Village Policoro for a week with my family and we had a wonderful time! The animation team was amazing — fun, engaging, and full of energy. Policoror Village is close to the beach. The restaurant is not so fancy but the food is ok. The bungalows are a bit old but they works. A smal marker on the area but if you want to buy more I recommend to take the car to the city.

One-night stay in October. The hotel deserves stars (cleanliness, quiet, pleasant welcome), but if you want to go out in the evening, forget it. Everything is closed at this time of year, and Policoro doesn't really have any appeal.

My holiday at Castroboleto Village has been outstanding, my kids have been great, and we do have 3 kids (9/6 and a little 18 month girls ). The three of them have been missing the village quite a lot in theast few days. I have spent there a couple of weeks and I was impressed by the Entertainment Team ( Animazione ) and by the Sailing School which is definitely the best thing you can find in a Resort...

It's a wonderful place to spend a great holiday. The houses are in excellent condition including air conditioning. The service is excellent, good animation and kind staff.

A little bit difficult to communicate with the staff even though we speak Spanish and English! It is a very Italian resort. There was nice personnel who wanted to help but sometimes we thought some of them were tired to service and tourists in general. But it is not only the hotel but the whole region who seems a bit tired of service compared to other parts of Italy close by. We expected more from...

The resort is aimed at families with young children. Thus the restaurant menu is child focused and its super busy. The room was not sound proof as stated Enjoyed the pool with hundreds of others.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, lots of families with kids, great activities during the day, a sandy beach. Though the music was too loud till late at night. This is really a shame, especially if you come with kids.

Big and Nice pool, room was clean and very spacious with lovely sea view. Breakfast was good!

The welcome and courtesy of the owner Francesco (along with his cuddly little cat Lilly and the rest of the staff) were impeccable. The detailed information for visiting Matera was very helpful and appreciated. The exquisite dinner, featuring simple, traditional dishes, was especially noteworthy, but extremely tasty and high-quality. For those lucky enough to live in Matera, we highly recommend trying...

Normal All in all, pretty good, except for the heat. The air conditioning didn't cool the entire room, and it was scorching hot. There was mold in the bathroom. The only positive note was the owner, who gave us excellent tips for visiting Matera. The breakfast was good.

Excellent structure to visit Matera! Spacious rooms very clean and home cooking which also includes typical dishes. Very kind owners available and attentive to customer needs. Definitely recommended. Santussi
