It's hard to call it a campsite, more like a gravel parking lot with a nice view. You can only park where the boss tells you to, you have no choice of location, there are no designated spots, they park you as close together as possible to fit in as many guests as they can. Noise from workers and excavators from early morning in May and June, they were building a swimming pool and new pitches - when the campsite was full. The staff are nice, but the boss is unpleasant and rude. If you point something out to him, he drives off on his bike, gesticulating. It's hard to find other campsites in the area, but I recommend looking elsewhere. All that matters there is the boss's profit. Recommend renovation of sanitary facilities and a different approach to guests. If you want something to eat you should drive to La Macina - great! Restaurant on campsite is really not good.

I stayed at this hotel together with my friends from September 2 to September 9, 2025. While none of my personal belongings were taken, two of my friends discovered after we returned home that several items of clothing and even underwear were missing from our room. We contacted the hotel administration only after realizing this.

What shocked us most was not only the loss itself, but the reaction of the hotel administration. Instead of offering help or showing any concern, they completely denied the situation and even threatened legal action if we wrote a negative review. This attitude towards guests is absolutely unacceptable.

Even though my belongings were not stolen, this whole situation ruined the atmosphere of our vacation. I cannot recommend this place, and I strongly believe they should improve both security (such as installing cameras on all territory) and their approach to customer service.

Our stay at this hotel from September 2 to September 9, 2025, left us with very unpleasant impressions.
We were three friends traveling together. After returning home, we discovered that several personal items were missing from our room: a pair of shorts, a T-shirt, a cap, two bottles of perfume, and — most surprisingly — seven pairs of underwear.

When we wrote to the hotel administration about this, instead of offering assistance or at least showing concern, they responded with a letter not only denying the incident but also threatening us with legal action if we posted a negative review. This reaction was truly shocking.

We came to relax, not to deal with conflicts or accusations. Because of this situation, our overall impression of the trip was completely ruined.
We find such treatment of guests unacceptable.

This was awful. So far from the ferri station and no way to get in contact with the property manager - we couldn’t even make it there
