As a couple we stayed here for one night in Naples.
The room was very clean and modern. The staff member on reception was very polite and helpful. The location is great for Naples as it is a close walk to tourist spots, cafes, restaurants and bars.
There is a tiny lift to the 7th floor of the building where the B+B is located which is very outdated, but does the job.
The balcony was amazing. It felt very secluded and we could practice yoga in the morning with plenty of space.
The only drawback for me providing 5 stars is that the breakfast was a little disappointing and the walls and doors seem paper thin.
The vegan option for breakfast was a croissant, rusks, coffee and juice. The juice tasted very cheap and the coffee was cold.
When it was late and some guests were getting in, it is so noisy and woke me even though I'm a deep sleeper.

Nice B&B in the center of Naples. The room was spacious and nice. The location is near the main merchant road of Naples and close to a metro station. The only thing that was wrong was the hot water after noon on the second day of our stay, and the lack of ability by my side to notify the owner until the next morning.

Everything went wrong with this place and the owner is very arrogant. We got a 2 year voucher to use as we couldn’t travel due to corona in 2020 . When we tried to use the voucher, the owner charged us more than the actual rates available on booking.com. Since he had our money, he took advantage of the situation to charge more else he said we would lose all our money paid.
After sending the confirmation, when we went to check in, the hotel had completely missed to reserve rooms for us. We waited for 2 hours for the hotel to find solution but the owner did not even have the Courtesy to apologize or take my call. They arranged a not so great accommodation in an old building with lot of stairs. It was terrible as I was traveling with 4 senior citizens who had to climb up and down 100 steps each time. On top the owner still asked us to pay the taxi to get to this alternative stay from his hotel all by ourselves !! Worst experience ever!!

This place is a total disaster. The owner asked for more money than shown on several well-known booking platforms. As we had already paid "pre-Covid" we had no option to back out. On top of that he messed up our booking, so we had to stay in an Airbnb of his friend (what a suprise) which was in a very old building without elevator (100 steps each time to climb up). We had to pay for the taxi to the Airbnb ourselves. There was no apology, no sense of responsibility of the owner whatsoever. He told us we can sleep on the streets if we don't agree to his terms. He even cowardly refused to talk to us on the phone. All his communication was by WhatsApp. I highly recommend to not book this place. Simply terrible!

General water breakdown in the area meant no water in the toilet for over 12 hours. Yes we informed booking.com and also got a refund but it was not a great experience. The owner got irritated when we sent him texts about the water issue. Not really his fault however having a backup water storage for such emergencies isn’t a bad idea as people around the area said this was a regular problem in the vicinity. The rooms are compact and cute.
