THE BEST HOTEL & EXCELLENT STAFF. A "Beautiful" comfortable, quiet, and centrally located hotel. I loved the gorgeous decor , super friendly-helpful- nice front desk staff. Great extensive breakfast with lots of delicious pastries and fresh juice. I stayed in junior suite which is so beautiful that you think it is for kings and queens! The elevator is historic and the oldest I've seen which is unique. It was a very special and memorable hotel experience for me.

A tiny place, but very nice and helpful employees, all of them speak or understand English. All things You need are there: big bed, proper bathroom, TV and WiFi.
If there is no need for some extras, than the place is great because of very affordable prices and great location.

The stuff was extra friendly. Extraordinary people. Always helpful, always smiling. We even received a bottle of vine at checkout. And a birthday gift for my fiance.

Looked a little sketchy from the outside, but the room was Grand and impeccable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. And they spoke excellent English. We only spent one night in Naples, but given all there was to do and see near the hotel, we were disappointed we didn't have more time.

Disgusting place. Apartment redone under "type of hotel" inside the dirty house. It is not 4 star. 0+1 star. At the reception mawkish Thomas with such pathos told some heresy that immediately became clear was in the trash. So. The tables in the dining room - this is something that the two of us at that table can't sit up, 40 by 40 centimeters.
Pros: clean, location in the center.
4 stars is a lie. 157 euros per night in this dump - it's rudeness and deception. Yes, checking out code give a bottle of cheap disgusting wine, only to pour out.

Room is clean and the staffs are very helpful and polite. we had a pleasant time.

- The Hotel had 4stars in 1970 maybe, it looks old and not modern;
- I had a visitor and the reception called me in the room telling me that she had to leave (they we're afraid probably I would sneak her in and make a fraudulent 2 person check in instead of one)
- Customer service not commensurated to a 4star hotel, as the receptionist was not professional at all (always looking suspicious at us and very distrustful)
- Smelly room, mold
I am a flight officer and used to stay in hotels all over the world. This was my worst experience in years of traveling
