Lovely owner, rooms overlooking the town square with balconies for great prices in off peak season
They received us super well, always available for every request we had. We feel very comfortable and at ease with all the people who work for this hotel. I would definitely go back. Quality - price, optimal!
Pro: nice staff, lovely view from balcony but...
Only one room has air conditioner, shower cabin does not have a door so water everywhere in the bathroom, toilet tank does not have cover and when it is recharging water come out of it (splashing), sleeping is impossible when patio doors are open because of the noise from the street in the evening and morning

Despite its close proximity to the train station and an entrance to pompeii, the lack of air conditioning and the stiffness of the beds does not make it worth staying.
The rooms also lack insulation from outside traffic and noise, including frequent dog barking.
The bathrooms are also outdated functionally and aesthetically as there's no central heating system, just a huge thing that sits in the room making everything else warmer and the doors are falling apart. The water pressure knob is in the middle of a smashed tile which you could easily cut yourself on.
