Great budget hotel close to the beach

There is nothing wrong with this hotel. It's just not 4 star. I can't even say it's 3 star. It's at best 2.5 star.. The staff were friendly, the amenities were terrible. I had to sleep with my door open because the AC did not function (I don't think it was broken, I think it was considered too cold to have it functioning) and the room got too hot. I came here to visit San Marino. If I ever come back...

I stayed at Mercure Rimini Lungomare during the TTG Rimini event and had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious with a large terrace offering a nice partial sea view. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and some nice restaurants. However, I was on the 5th floor which required carrying luggage up an extra flight from the first floor and wifi could not reach the room. You could also hear partying from across the street in the room. Other than that the air conditioning was good and the room was clean so a pretty good stay if you aren't too picky.

We've got a room on tue 1st floor with a small balcony (it was positioned as with a large terrace). However the personal is great, administrator Martina is amaizing and very helpful. Breakfast is fantastic with a lot of fresh fruits. Location is also great.

The hotel is easy to find and a short walk from the station. The beach is across the street and there are several restaurants in an easy walk. The hotel staff was friendly the premises were updated and the breakfast buffet is tremendous. Terrific pastries, fruits, cereals, cold cuts, eggs and more.

The place is very comfy, the buffet was terrific. It's a pity we never knew the names of the staff but we would like to thank specially the brunette thin lady who was super nice and attentive with my girlfriend and I. We have choosen thé hôtel Sovrana in Rimini to make a overnight stop on our way from Ostuni to Verona. We regret that we did not stay longer. The hotel is situated in a calm street 5 minutes from Rimini shops restaurants,cafes and thé sea. The Hotel is located n a perfect location within a minutes from the beach. My room had everything I needed and was cleaned every day. I had a continental breakfast buffet which was just right for my dietary requirements. The staff could not be more helpful, they were patient kind and polite.

Everything was perfect, we enjoyed our holiday very much! I don't know how this hotel got four stars. I wouldn't give it more than two. I booked a double room, but they put me in a family room with three beds, and it was the off-season… There aren't even any glasses in the room. There's no iron, not even at reception. Everything is very old, and the soundproofing is nonexistent.

We picked 4 star hotel but it was clearly lower quality hotel. What we liked: reception staff, position very close to the beach, general cleanliness. There is simple but excellent pizzeria opposite. I spent my holiday on full board, with good, easy-to-eat food, quality wine and draft beer. The staff was always available to accommodate our needs. The rooms were large and clean; the pool was relaxing for both young and old, and there were excellent bathrooms on the seafront across the street. I would definitely return to this hotel.

I'd like to say a few words about the hotel's hospitality, the kindness of the staff, the excellent quality of the food (Romagna tradition in all its glory), and the absolutely welcoming and clean rooms. And I can't help but mention the pool with a jacuzzi and cascading water feature, which is very pleasant and rare in any other hotel.

This hotel did not meet our expectations regarding rooms. We were changing to better one, but still it was very small with small bathroom. Definitely hotel needs to be refreshed. On another hand, breakfast was very tasty and the TOP coffee. Coffee during breakfast was the best one I have ever got in hotels.

We stayed at the Amsterdam hotel, a structure under the same management and close by. Overall, given the amount paid, good quality. The cleanliness of the breakfast room and the remote management of the heating need to be taken care of better. Still recommended.

We visited this hotel in June. A very cozy family hotel, the staff will always help and advise. They always asked if we were satisfied with everything and if we were full. The rooms were always clean and very comfortable. Suitable for both family stays and if you are eating alone. Only pleasant memories remain. We are returning to Genty in September 😊

Perfection. We stayed at Suit room at top floor. A clean, new and tastefully designed apartment. large and useful terrace area. Close to the sea. Walking distance to the city center but in a quiet area. We'd come to Rimini just to stay here. Piero, who looked after us at the hotel, was helpful and kind. The hotel is much more beautiful than what you see in the pictures.

As an American who takes trips to Europe 2-3 times a year over the past 15 years, this was the best, most fun, well appointed, clean boutique hotel I have stayed in. I went off season, so the price was super affordable for such a large sunny room with a huge bathroom and 3 balconies. There were even emergency teddy bears for insomnia. The beach was a block away.
