A good option for a beach holiday. The rooms are basic, no frills, but have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Located in Rimini, 4 km from Rimini airport, 3 km from the train station.

Consists of one 5-storey building.

For the price you pay, the quality is fine, you can’t expect much more!
Pros:
Super cheap
Breakfast was a good selection, would have liked a few more veggie options, but decent enough.
Rooms small but functional, everything worked, great view to the beach.
Parking free on the road next to the hotel if you are lucky to get a spot (€15 a day in the gated hotel car park).
Walk out of the hotel and onto the beach. Beach is excellent quality.
Staff were friendly and mostly spoke English.
Rooms have air conditioning.
Cons:
Pool is on the road side, so not pleasant to use.
Breakfast only from 07:30, so for early birds it’s a bit late.
Furniture in the small room took up too much space.
Overall would be a 5/5 if the rooms got a little love (old fixings) and the pool was situated at the back.

The male staff were friendly and talkative. One female staff needs to be more friendly and needs to look after the customer

Great price / performance.

**We booked Columbia hotel, but then we were moved to audi hotel :) In may 2025 the price for 4nights was 135€ (including breakfast). Everything went smoothly, staff is great. Free parking is limited, private parking is about 15€.
Breakfast was OK. Rooms could be better, but we were out 90% of the time, so to us it didn't matter much :)

What a lovely surprise on the Adriatic Seaside. We stayed just 2 nights on our trip around Italy but easily the best accommodation we’ve stayed in for the trip so far. Lovely staff, very clean room, faultless in fact. Breakfast is more than ample. Definitely coming back again.

They didn't want to park the car, although there were free places. The rooms are small, the view of the sea is not bad.

This hotel is not the one
you wpuld recommend.
Looks ok from the outside,
but on the inside, you can see
it's old, walls are dirty in rooms,
everything is old, and ready
to be replaced and renovated.
Stuff is ok, breakfast is ok,
location is good, first row to the sea.
