Hotel Stradiot in Rimini

The hotel was terrible first of all the staff was very rude, unprofessional they were judgmental towards the hotel guests even tho we are the one paying for the accommodation and providing them with money. We got the keys that were eroding and broke in our doors in half. The hotel manager fixed our keys after 4 hours and told us to pay 20 euro even tho it wasn’t our fault that the keys they gave us were eroding. Also the food was inedible the bread was stale, vegetables without any flavor and the pasta was absolutely disgusting, the only good thing was the cornetto in the morning. And the last part and also the worst, the rooms. Floors were dirty even tho there was cleaning lady everyday she didn’t clean the rooms at all only brought us one toilet paper and sometimes towels if we asked them. Also 3 days before leaving we found two cockroaches under our beds🤮 we asked to staff to change our rooms but they refused. I’m gonna attach a photo for anyone who’s curious
