2 of the 4 stars are for the staff - especially the room mate finding my charger and the receptionist tracking me down at the cafe next door to inform me of that. Mille Gracie!
The hotel is good located - not too far away from the metro. My room was to the back and really quite!
The room was two floored with a small but poorly equipped kitchen downstairs and a bathroom with a broken shower (only handheld and first morning w/o warm water). Overall cleaniness is 3 stars.
As mentioned by multiple before me: The hotels last restauration is a good few years in the past and it is badly need of a new one.

There is no restarant/bar at the hotel and very limited choices in the direct neighboorhood.

The room was horrible because the light exploded at us when we turned it on. Go to a different hotel please. It also was so old furniture and tv. It was a horrible experience. The toilet was making such a loud weird noise whenever we flushed it like a horror movie. The AC made weird sounds outside and my kid got so scared. The staff were nice tho. But I wouldn’t go here ever again 0 stars

Black cockroaches living in the room, waiting behind the door to greet me when I come in, hiding under the bed, popping out from under the fridge, running around the bathroom. I told the guy at the desk to do something about this. Not coming back if I can help it.

The rooms were surprisingly large; the pictures on ******* do not do the property justice. We were only there for one night, but if you are going to book a shuttle to the airport with the front desk, make sure you confirm 1000x, get it all in writing and then confirm when you arrive because they will forget, and then you are left scrambling. Other than that, it was a nice one night stay.

The hotel is furnished with old furniture. This is especially true for the cabinets. The cleaning is very average, there is dust in the corners, the dishes were generally dirty. There is a good restaurant on the first floor of the building, where you could organize breakfasts for guests. But there are no breakfasts in the hotel.
It is a 15-minute walk to the metro
The same distance to the nearest store.
Not the most convenient location for tourists.
The room itself is large and spacious. The kitchen has a refrigerator, kettle and microwave.
There is a dining table in the living room - this is convenient for a family.
The hotel is more for those who came to Rome on a business trip.

Very glamour
Davvero confortevole. La quadrupla è stata un appartamento con una matrimoniale, due singole un bagno, un soggiorno e un cucinino si due piani. Ottima ripartizione degli spazi. Gli arredi stile anni 60/70 molto glamour.
