Residence Garden Apart-hotel

The rooms were surprisingly large; the pictures on ******* do not do the property justice. We were only there for one night, but if you are going to book a shuttle to the airport with the front desk, make sure you confirm 1000x, get it all in writing and then confirm when you arrive because they will forget, and then you are left scrambling. Other than that, it was a nice one night stay.

The location near in EUR - Rome is fantastic and quite scenic

The hotel is furnished with old furniture. This is especially true for the cabinets. The cleaning is very average, there is dust in the corners, the dishes were generally dirty. There is a good restaurant on the first floor of the building, where you could organize breakfasts for guests. But there are no breakfasts in the hotel.
It is a 15-minute walk to the metro
The same distance to the nearest store.
Not the most convenient location for tourists.
The room itself is large and spacious. The kitchen has a refrigerator, kettle and microwave.
There is a dining table in the living room - this is convenient for a family.
The hotel is more for those who came to Rome on a business trip.

Davvero confortevole. La quadrupla è stata un appartamento con una matrimoniale, due singole un bagno, un soggiorno e un cucinino si due piani. Ottima ripartizione degli spazi. Gli arredi stile anni 60/70 molto glamour.

great place for a family plenty of room good home base to see rome,, the exchange of money or ability to charge to your room the store cafe or restaurant .. this is important instead of 1 charge and fee and exchange fee when you have this service allows this to occur once, instead every time i paid separately i get charged, not a wise move...

We had a fabulous week here! The men at the front desk, Federico, Massimo, and Karem are absolutely the best! They were so pleasant, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful week in their city! The hotel is in a quiet location away from the crowds. The metro stop is an easy 10 min walk and a 15 min ride gets you into the historical area. A small supermarket is about a 15 min walk. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and gelateria next door but we never ate there so I can’t speak to the quality. I would stay here again as the front desk men are so kind and helpful and we had a very nice experience!

The most serious problem with the hotel is that the kitchen is located in the room. This may seem like an advantage in a way, but since the rooms are not cleaned daily during your stay, the odor created by previous use in the room is disturbing. Unfortunately, the toilets do not flush sufficiently. On the other hand, the staff is very attentive and hospitable. Hotel service and location are good for the price.
