Excellent stay pre cruise for two nights. Easy flat 10-15 min walk from train station. Friendly welcoming hosts who explained the facilities and breakfast and things to do in the area. Right outside is a lovely little plaza with good choice of restaurants in the square. There are stairs to get to the apartment but a small lift helps. Once entering the apartment there are more stairs to get to the rooms from the common area. Very steep and anyone with big cases or have mobility issues may struggle. It was not an issue for us our room was spacious everything provided as far as toiletries etc, very clean and we had a lovely little balcony to sit. Breakfast was plentiful but some fresh fruit would be nice as an addition. 10-15 min walk to cruise terminal all flat and easy walking with bags. Overall I recommend staying here, excellent hosts and a great position.

So glad we stayed here 1 night before our cruise departed Civitavecchia. Us being from the other side of the world "New Zealand" communication was everything and Daniela and Gianni were amazing. English speaking Daniela even arranged our private car transport from/to FCO to Civitavecchia. The met us and checked us in personally amd allowed us to check in very early which was so amazing as we had just spent 24hrs in the air, on planes and needed to rest, freshen up. Was there for one night before our cruise. Hosts were very helpful with information and provided a very nice place to stay during our short visit.

We stayed here last Thanksgiving for one night before our cruise and the entire time and looking back we wished we had stayed a few more nights! The hosts are very helpful, response and incredibly nice. I felt very comfortable asking their opinion on several things including transportation info which I did not feel comfortable as I don't speak Italian. The rooms (only 2) are VERY CLEAN and very comfortable, we really felt we were staying in an Italian home, not a hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. We truly hope that we can stay at this very charming Inn again someday, only we would stay longer!

We stayed at this great Airb&b the night prior to our cruise boat. The location is ideal for tourists wanting the full Italian experience. It is located in the middle of a cobblestone courtyard of cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. The owners contacted us a few days prior to confirm everything and were there when we arrived. We had a quiet 4th floor room with a modern clean ensuite bathroom and a patio. The owners had a lovely breakfast prepared for us and waiting in the kitchen/common room. We walked to the cruise ship nearby and stopped by the beach also in the same area. Would definitely recommend this Airb&b to anyone.

We stayed here with another couple so we had a bedroom each and shared the kitchen, lounge area. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed, ample food left for breakfast. In the morning we just walked with our suitcases down to the cruise port, so easy.

Daniela and Gianni are great hosts. Coming off a ship they were very accommodating meeting us at the property to do an early bag drop for our 2 night stay. Location is close to perfect for any cruisers looking for a night or two before or after a cruise being walkable from the fort entrance(200m) to the port and to the train station(500m). Close to restaurants, bars(some just outside), with the rest of the town walkable as is the sea front promenade. we had Sunday lunch at Sapori di Puglia a street away , very good Locanda Magnifico just outside the property was recommended but closed the Monday we were there(I think to decorate for Xmas) The property is as described, a spacious apartment with living space, 2 bedrooms up a flight of stairs. Fresh, clean, modern with a homely feel what more could you ask for. Access is by lift after a few steps from the main entrance Everything you need is to hand for a pleasant stay, good breakfast items pod coffee machine etc. Having the living/breakfast space is great if you want to relax and not be stuck in a bedroom. We were lucky to have the apartment to ourselves, we used the room with the small terrace which was quiet, nice to have a door to fresh air but there is a vent for the Pizza place on the ground floor and that can drift onto the terrace if the wind is wrong. For those that have done Rome and don't want the pre post cruise rush to the airport adding a night or two here is perfect. if traveling with friends consider booking both rooms to have a private apartment for your stay. There are quite a lot of accommodation options in Civitavecchia grab this place if you can. Don't be put off by streetview Aug 2018, the area has transformed with the restaurants and coffee places as seen in more recent photos.

Hosts were very accommodating when we wanted to arrive a little early. Nice breakfast that you helped yourself to. Easy walk to cruise.

Beautiful two bedroom apartment with living area and kitchenette. Owners communicate well. Clean, 5 min walk to port. Highly recommend
