The rooms are very clean and the rooms have all kinds of kitchen supplies you may need. Coffee maker and small pots included. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is close to the most beautiful places in Rome. If I were to go to Rome again, I would prefer it.The breakfasts are quite varied, big and delicious.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is amazing and accessible to many cool areas of Rome! The room is super clean and modern. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and fresh and so much to choose from and they bring it straight to our room. We were offered a larger room which was a nice surprise. The management was very professional. We were able to get into our room an hour before after our request and we left out suitcases for 5 hours after check out since our flight was later. Overall I would recommend this place to any traveler!!! Thanks for an A+ 5 star stay!!!!

Very clean rooms. Decent size. The view doesn't exist but it's not important for me. It's quiet, safe and location is great! Breakfast is also nice, always on time, and the stuff is really helpful and polite. I will stay here for sure if I come to Rome again!

Regola suite made our stay to Rome easy and enjoyable!! Everything was great!! Very clean and cozy room ! We selected breakfast for our stay and they served it in the room !! Staff was very nice and friendly and they helped us with everything we needed! Everything you want to see it’s nearby so you don’t need bus or taxi. We definitely recommend to everyone and we will visit again when we come to Rome !

A great experience at this hotel. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and clean bathrooms. The location is super as well. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time in Rome. Very highly recommended. 5 stars - excellent experience.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast buffet was good. It's within walking distance of nearby attractions. However, there's one thing I'd like to improve: after following the hotel's public transportation route instructions, it took us over two hours to find the apartment entrance, and we missed the 9:30 AM deadline. We then had to spend time contacting the manager for a code to open the door. I booked this for my family, so I hope the hotel can provide a clear sign, especially for guests arriving in the evening, to make it easier for them to find the apartment. Thank you.

One of the great places to stay in Rome
We loved everything about our stay at Regola, and the price was right. We want to thank the staff, especially Stefano, for fulfilling our every request. Highly recommended!

Rooms are very clean. View out the window wasn't existent but didn't really matter to us. Service was even better than expected and very friendly
Good:
- mostly silent at night
- many tourist attractions and places to eat nearby
- reasonable price when we booked
- 2 pillows each
- room for your clothes and a safe
Bad:
- warm water sometimes takes a while
- hairdryer wasn't great
- somewhat hard to find the first time
- noise starts around 7.30
- bed a bit too hard for my taste
- lots of construction work going on nearby. It wasn't loud, but public transport is harder to access. This will improve with time I hope
