BePlace Aventino in Rome

A great place where to stay in Rome. Much better than many hotels I stayed over the years.

It provides all you need for a comfortable and quiet. The bedroom is large and the bed is comfy. In the main room you also have a coffee machine, a big flat screen and a closet.

The bathroom is spacious as well, all you need for a short stay.

Breakfast included on 2 nearby coffee places.

Very quiet at night!

Located along a hill side in front of San Saba church, this very secure place is very welcoming. Beforehand, Ernesto sends you a video and the different codes for entry in the apartments on the first floor. Spacious clean and bright room and well-functioning bathroom. Fridge and coffee and thee facilities in the room. Everything’s very clean and extremely calm. If you arrive early or leave after check-out, you can leave your luggage in the communal kitchen. Ernesto is extremely helpful: he responds immediately and very efficiently to any question you have. We are very greatful for his repeated help! For breakfast I would suggest the Verso bar on the way to Piramid, and have a bite at closeby La Villeta restaurant where locals come.

This B&B has a good location. If you book through Ctrip, you have to call the Shinjuku boss yourself. He will send you the password for the door and room. The boss’s Italian accent is a bit strong, haha. The B&B is on the second floor. The public area is quite large, with a microwave, a water dispenser, and a public washing machine. The room is not big, and the 1.3-meter bed is a bit cramped for two people. It is recommended to stay alone. The room has its own bathroom and toilet, a small cupboard and a small refrigerator, which are basically enough. Someone cleans the place every afternoon. On the day I left, I met the cleaning guy. From my visual inspection, the restaurants of Southeast Asian origin are very welcoming. If you need temporary storage, just leave your luggage in the public area when you leave. The door password is valid until 9 pm, but you can't enter your own small room. The service is very attentive. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, so if you are concerned, it is recommended to bring earplugs.

We just concluded our 4 night stay at BePlace Aventino and we were really happy with all the facilities and services provided. The room was well equipped with the necessary toiletries, bath and bed linen, a safe and fridge and was clean and the bed was comfortable. Every morning we would leave the room a huge mess as we were in a rush and would come back to a clean, nice smelling, peaceful room which was a serotonin boost ☺️ the check in process was smooth and effortless and we had received all the relevant check in information few days prior. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and constantly kept in touch with us via WhatsApp to cater to our needs. Ernesto was friendly enough to book us a taxi to the FCO airport which was so helpful for us as we didn’t have to get into the whole hassle of booking a cab ourselves last minute through the apps. Overall, we had a really great time at the accommodation and whole heartedly recommend it!

The place is nice, but it doesn't have rooms with balcony. Comfortable room. It was the opportunity to discover the Rione San Saba which is delightful

I received messages/emails from the hotel how to get to the hotel and how to get inside the building, so I had no problem checking-in, except I got lost inside the building. The room was clean, bright and tidy. There are restaurants in a walking distance, so quite convenient.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The stay is very comfortable. The details are well taken care of. How can I put it this way? Everything is very convenient and the bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended! ! !
