Terrible experience. My first impression was that the property was abandoned, neglected, old, and dirty. Dirty carpeting on every floor, non-functioning and dangerous outlets with outdated wiring, old furniture, drafty windows, and general dirtiness. Breakfast was included in the price, with cold, empty croissants. Absolutely not suitable for families and children! The photos don't reflect reality. The only positives were the friendly and polite staff and fairly clean sheets.

BED BUGS we stayed here for 1 night and everyone in our party was badly bitten by bugs in the room ! This hotel needs to be inspected as I suspect it would not be three stars it would be shut down by environmental health ! Staff are rude and unhelpful Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in , I would have been better sleeping on a bench in the train station ! AVOID AT ALL COST !!

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in , three stars is absolutely laughable ! The bed sheets were stained , the room had damp mold , the staff were rude and unhelpful , AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

The hotel has private parking, friendly and friendly staff, rooms are renovated, but breakfast and restaurant are ok.

The hotel itself is okay (free wifi, free breakfast, pretty clean room considering the building is old) but the location SUCKS. If you're staying for a short time in Rome, you will hate yourself for staying here. I was in Rome for 3 days, and my commute to the actual city and sites took me about an hour and a half each day- shuttle, bus, metro, all the works, and the hotel shuttle and bus are very unreliable. They say they'll come at a certain time and never will. The location is also what I call the "Detroit of Rome"- the minute I arrived to the hotel, I was welcomed by a group of legit prostitutes on the side of the road. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. You can find a better location and it'll be worth the price.

The rooms look a bit old but they are clean..n we had problems with the water as one day hot water wasn't available at all...and the wifi worked only for a day during our 4 day stay there.. The receptionist didn't bother to do anything for our complaint about wifi being off..its located almost towards the outskirts of Rome and it's better u hv pre arranged transport.. The traffic builds during peak times..so better to travel before the rush hour begins.. However the breakfast was awesome.

If you are looking for a dilapidated hotel with a post-war feel where Italian youth party late into the morning, sleep is no where to be found, and the staff claim to be "really sorry" --and that they were-- then, this is your place!

Total stealth. Worth visiting. Proper soundsystem and proper bartender. Hotels like Theese are rare nowdays.
