My wife and I had booked this hotel in October, however the photos online were nothing like what the hotel actually looked like. The attached photo actually shows roller shutters on all balconies , which could not be open or removed, which was not advertised at all! We discussed asking for a new room however thought these must be in place for our safety. Trying to sleep at night there were groups of people making noise on the street all night, and when I woke up in the morning I was covered in red, swollen bite marks which looked to me as if they were bed bugs. These are still visible nearly 2 weeks after arriving at the Joe. Not as advertised on the web pages, would not recommend staying here at all!

We stayed in this hotel during the Christmas days. The rooms are small but very welcoming. We chose the room on the first floor with a window and a small terrace. We only had one problem with the small bed base, some slats fell, while we were out they fixed the bed base. It has a plentiful and good breakfast.

Location far from public transport and far from the centre, but reception open 24 hours a day. Rather nice hotel, all new and with nice furnishings. There were no toiletries in the room. The strong point is the truly superb breakfast. Very good and varied. Too bad that being far from the center, it is suitable for those with a car because there is private parking. Next time make sure there is shampoo and shower gel for 3 people. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the room upon arrival. For the price you pay I would say that it wouldn't be bad if there was a little more attention.

Honest review. Dishonest Hotel.

Last minute online prices quoted at $68.50. We arrived without booking and the man on front desk who spoke perfect English gave us the economy double room at $65, alternatively the superior room was $85. We opted for the cheaper option. We stayed in an economy room with no window, more like a padded cell with bed sheets that made you itch. But it was ok due to the price. Breakfast was basic. Terrible coffee.
Finally on checkout they charged us $75 anyway and wouldn't give it to us at the agreed price. I would have stayed somewhere else if I'd have known- this was a 2 star at best.

Our stay here was very quiet, comfortable and the entire staff treated us very well.
They even went out of their way to give us other hotel reference in the area, unusual but that detail let me know how humble they are.
Definitely would stay here again...

Hotel in Rome in a modern style. Excellent quality / price ratio. Located in an area of the city well served acnhe for those of us who were on foot. Restaurants in the area are Excellent and all within walking distance from the Hotel. Very clean, and with selected customers. The council!!

What a beautiful and quaint hotel on the outskirts in Rome. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to take you to the terminus. There are restaurants and shops located in the area in walking distance. They have very clean rooms and the breakfast served daily is nice.
