Zero hospitality (never answered calls or messages). I had to use the intercom to get in.
Old room, 1930s bathroom outside the room with zero privacy (no bidet).
The room is so small I think it's bordering on legality; there's no room to move.
I booked based on positive reviews, but my experience was horrible.
I can confirm the proximity to the metro.

We liked the place very much and enjoyed staying there. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Though it is located at some distance from the centre , the subway is just 150 m away so it really does not matter. The house is on a picturesque hill and climbing the stairs is good for your health:)

Everything was fine. It's close to the metro.

The place is very homey and the perfect place to relax. The people there were very kind, friendly and helpful when I asked for tips for travelling to and from places.

The Villa has only three rooms and each one is beautifully appointed with lovely Linens and traditional decorations. They could use smart TVs because Italian TV is not some of the best in the world. The Villa is excellently located right on the Conca d'Oro area, easy access to numerous buses that will take you almost anywhere and of course the B1 Subway train line. The only caution is the stairs are not for the faint of heart or weak of knees!!!

Very charming and quiet place to stay. Although an old villa, the rental rooms are beautifully remodeled, with good architectural features, and modern infrastructure. Our room (apartment A) was bright and sunny, with a pleasant and clean bathroom/shower. Local restaurants highly recommended: Kita (Asian), Hosteria Meneniio Agrippa(Roman), and great hamburgers at The Butcher Shop.

We had a wonderful rest here! Very quaint with a lot of history. Paula was a lovely host! Our bedroom was small and we are not. We used the couch and the bed, which was fine. The croissants were so good and loved the coffee for breakfast! The only downfall for me were the steps! It was a great way to get your steps in!

The cornettos every morning and availability of coffee and snacks was great because there are a high set of steps from the sidewalk that make you be conservative with leaving the room for things like that.
The room was absolutely lovely. Great view of the garden from beautiful windows. Comfortable foam mattress and room made each and every day.
Nearby we found the asian food and kebob place tasty and reasonably priced in a 3 minute walk.
Location couldnt be better for catching bus or metro!! Concho d'oro stop.

Nice place for a quick stay but not close to many landmarks and not a great place to find food.

We really enjoyed staying at the Villino Corbelli! It's a great place tucked away in the city, and very close to the Metro stop to get into Rome. Marco was very friendly and helpful. There is a little supermarket real close to the B&B which was very convenient.
