Reviews
Environment: Quiet, despite being outside the heart of Rome, but well worth the price. The metro station is less than a ten-minute walk away.
Service: Breakfast was quite good, and the front desk was very welcoming.
The front desk attendant - he was threatening me with violence and was yelling obscenities telling me to f-off and to f-myself! I work for the embassy and nobody has ever talked to me like that ever! I don’t know what his problem was?? 😔
This is inexcusable / he’s telling me to f myself, and that I’m an *****, and to go f off - nobody deserves to be talk like this, no matter what.
It is so sad because I stayed almost a week at this hotel and I really enjoyed it, all the other people were super nice and the service excellent!
I am really sad, and I don’t know what the heck happened with this guy - I think he has mental problems
& needs anger management therapy. So sad 😞
