We only stayed one night, but everything was perfect, from the welcome to the departure. Mr. Roberto and his wife were very helpful, welcoming, and very sociable. Homemade cakes, good breakfast, air-conditioned room... anyway, everything was fine.

We had a wonderful weekend. The owner, Roberto, and his wife are wonderful people. Very kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, with homemade cakes and fresh seasonal fruit picked directly by Roberto.
The rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom. The location is ideal for reaching the various tourist attractions, and parking is available nearby. We drove south from Reggio Emilia and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Roberto and his wife. Kind regards, Wanda and Vincenzo

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura, accoglienza e gentilezza la fanno da padrona. Siamo stati molto bene: in camera tutti i confort ed in bagno piccole accortezze che fanno la differenza ( ad es. ciabatte e phon in dotazione). Colazione buonissima, soprattutto per le torte fatte in casa dalla proprietaria. Se ci sarà di nuovo occasione sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Perfectly located for walking the Via Francigena. Lovely owners whom we were acquainted with over breakfast. Fantastic breakfast including fresh fruit and yoghurt with a selection of home baked cakes and biscotti included! Spacious bedroom. Good value for money. Excellent location.

Nice facility, good location, welcoming host. The breakfast boasts excellent homemade cakes, but it is a pity that it is mostly sweet and unsalted (except prepackaged ham ...). In one week I had the same breakfast every day with the same cakes, good for heaven's sake, but maybe a little variety wouldn't hurt (including cereals). The thing that perhaps bothered a little in the morning at breakfast, as soon as you woke up, was listening to the host telling personal stories, the story of Fondi and its beauties with a solemn tone ...! Another minus point: cleanliness. In a week they cleaned the room only once and it is known that in summer, between the sea and other excursions, the rooms get dirty immediately upon returning. However I had at least a change of towels.

They put us on the third floor by high stairs with very young children. At breakfast the lady started talking about urine never made by us. We found the bedspread already dirty then cleaned by me so we will not return. The breakfast good but always repetive the gentlemen of the reception very helpful good day

We stayed two nights at the B & B Primavera, the owners and staff were very kind, abundant breakfast with homemade cakes, large and clean room, in short, a structure to be truly recommended. We will definitely be back.

The owner and the staff very kind. Large and clean room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with pastries made by the lady herself. Quiet and close to the historic center .. we had a great time. Highly recommended,
