We stayed for 3 nights. Upon bed inspection we found hair on the pillow. The place had 2 major issues. The bathroom from the adjacent room was back to back with our room and due to poor wall isolation our sleep would get interrupted every time someone would use the shower and especially using the toilet! You could perfectly hear the noise of the shower water and a male using the toilet! Our shower had drainage issues as it will fill up very quickly bringing up unclean water. Needed to rewash your feet in the air while exiting the shower. Other issues were that the cleaner would start at 9:30am filling up buckets from our balcony creating much noise waking us up every morning. We were unable to open our veranda door which faced a common block area due to constant food smell from a nearby apartment. The only positives were the near station location and comfortable bed. Not worth the price. Won’t book again.

The rooms were sufficient for our 1-night stay before heading to the airport the next morning. Conveniently located to the Termini station. Owner/Host met us at check-in time to go over the lodging situation (3-separate lodging rooms with a shared common area/kitchen). We spent most our day exploring the nearby area with the AMAZING recommendations from the host, including a famous old gelato shop down the street!
Notes: • must have cash to pay local tax.
• the building has a really cool older elevator, functioned perfectly during our stay.

For a budget hotel this was fantastic for us, close to the train station and with easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see, the rooms were clean, beds were very very comfortable and were made by the cleaner every day. My only complaint with the b&b would be that the walls & ceilings are very thin so during the night we could hear absolutely everything, especially during the night, we stayed for 6 nights and I don’t think we had a night where we wasn’t woken up by banging about upstairs or someone in the room next door coming or going into their room and banging doors. Although this is no particular fault of the b&b, and it may not happen on everyone’s stay here. But overall, fantastic location and it suited us for what we needed.

Located within easy walking access to the Termini, the accommodation is in a very secure building with a lovely garden inside. There are 3 guest rooms in this property and a shared kitchen of good size. Our room was huge, styled so well, with windows overlooking the street. Extremely well maintained and was a joy to have so much space. Our host was in great communication with us, and gave us a map with interesting things circled for sights and food/drink places.

I had a wonderful 4 day stay here the room was spacious and close enough to all the sights our host was very accommodating and even let us check in early to our room which was an absolute need after a red eye flight I will recommend this stay to friends and family in the future.

Very friendly owner who gave us a map and circled all his recommendations of good places to visit, room cleaned every morning - spotless. Bedroom and en-suite private with a shared kitchen. Building near lots of bars and restaurants, all big tourist attractions within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Room is clean and beautiful. The elevator is old but it works well. It's only 5 mins walk from Roma Termini. The owner spent his time to recommend good place in Rome with us. I have a good sleep here but a bit appalled on second day of staying. I was back to my room from trip, once opened the room, the television and the balcony window was opened by someone, not us because we never touch hotel's TV. Maybe maid opened it so I think they should be careful on this matter.

From the time of booking, in the run up to our visit and during our stay, we found the owners friendly and helpful with good communications. The property - more of a converted apartment than a "B&B" - is finished to an excellent standard and full of character, meaning you feel the "real Rome". The rooms are spacious with nice furniture and good bedding. Everything was clean and tidy and the shower had good flow and temperature. Guests get access to an attached kitchen and a small, shared courtyard downstairs. The location is pretty good for a number of attractions and, within walking distance, plenty of bars and restaurants. If you want a characterful and pleasant place to stay in Rome, this ticks the box.
