Amazing Bed & Breakfast!!! 👏🏼
A combination of luxury, minimalism, price-quality and with a view towards the Colosseum.
Jason is a great host, very professional and always with a smile when dealing with guests. 🤝🏼

Great location, close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Not super close to everything because Rome is so large. The building felt safe and the room was great. Immaculately clean, large bathroom and shower and comfy bed. Jason was amazing and took care of our needs. Breakfast was awesome, especially his cappuccinos and the delicious juice, I need to find out what it was, orange or blood orange but it was delicious. He made every effort to make sure we had what we needed and arranged a cab to the airport for us. Thank you!!

Very clean, large bedroom and bathroom. Modern shower with plenty of room. Good counter space and lighting.
Jason met us and was very friendly and helpful our 6 night stay. Great breakfast brought to our room. Fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice and other beverages offered.
AC worked and was so wonderful.
Lift to our floor huge bonus!
Easy walk to Coliseum and that area.
Small fridge in room was very nice to have.
Small markets close by to get drinks etc
Easy to use App to get a taxi as needed for pickup
Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during our honeymoon in Rome. Glad we did. Awesome location, big room, nice updated furnishings. Breakfast was lovely and filling. The host, Jason, was lovely and the daily cleaning was a step above airbnb experiences. Most importantly - the AC is nice and strong. Trust me when I say you NEED the AC. Would recommend to friends.

La finestra sul Colosseo is an excellent hotel I really enjoyed the room which was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed!the location is fine close to metro station manzoni near to colosseo.Furthermore I want to thank Jason for everything. He is the kindest and most polite host you can find in a hotel.He was extremely helpful with everything we wanted.Last but not least I went to rome in a period with 40degres in the middle of the summer and the hotel was cool and the air-condition was very strong .If you want to visit Rome La finestra sul Colosseo is the obvious choice.

Dodgy entrance. Morning breakfast is sumptuous but fruits near expiry or expired. But inside furnishing and showers are top notch and room spacious. Hosts are great except they are not in all the time and juggle between jobs.

Good place. Walking distance to coliseum. Ten minutes walk from the sub. People are nice. Very clean.

Very close to the Colosseum and the two metro lines, it is a B&B is small and lovely, beautifully decorated, spacious room, comfortable bed and very clean bathroom also. The hosts speak English and are very nice. The breakfast is served in the room with a cart and is suitable. In the room always had bottles of water, a bottle of wine and some fruit, a detail of the truth. The bad thing, the building is awful, the room overlooked a courtyard and had no product in the bathroom, except the hand soap. The rest is all ok. By the way the pastry bottom has a few dents buenisisimos
